Nancy in the office was great keeping me informed of the progress, from ordering to setting up a date for the installation. Anthony, the owner came out of his office and spoke with me, asking me how everything went with the installation. I can think of more than a few companies that can take some lessons from Tri-State Window & Siding in Clifton. Overall a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I had 10 estimates for roofing and Asch came in with the best over all quality and fair price. They gave me information about roofing brands that other companies didn’t disclose along with their guarantee and time length of being in this business choosing them was a no brainer. They were punctual and professional. Both John and Jason would contact me and pick up their phone whenever I called with any concern or question. Jason was even talking to and working with my siding contractor to make sure the roof was left how they needed it so siding would be seamless. During the week they were installing weather was not cooperating. Rain & wind made the process take longer than expected and led into Easter weekend. They worked until nightfall the Saturday before Easter Then on Easter morning 2 of the crew members came back on their own accord to do another round of clean up to make sure there was nothing on the ground that could hurt our children’s feet for the Easter Egg Hunt. We were so impressed and appreciative of their attention to detail. There is a reason they have been in business for over 50 years and it’s because of this kind of customer service. If you need a roof Asch is your company hands down.”

In one day they had our old roof torn off and the new one put on and had everything cleaned up by end of day. They even helped us with our solar company when they wanted to wait a couple of months to take off the panels. They helped us get the solar company to come out quicker to get the job done. They really went the extra mile for us and best of all the roof looks wonderful!”

He's also willing to do anything, big or small, to make sure the job is done well and that his client is happy. The only con was imperfect communication, which made certain logistics slightly harder. We originally budgeted ~$40k for the renovations but ended up spending ~$73k because we expanded the scope of the project while work was being done.
