“I have had almost a perfect experience with Dr. Burger at Duke city primary Care. All of the staff are so nice and helpful. The only negative thing I have experienced is when I missed an appointment due to covid asked if I could have a refill on my prescriptions since it would be an entire month until my next appointment and the woman who does scheduling wasn't very accommodating and I explained to her that the kind of medicine I take is dangerous to stop cold turkey and that it could lead to hallucinations seizures and possibly death and I don't believe she asked my doctor about my situation because there is no way he would allow me to run out of the medication I take. So I feel as if she ignored the urgency and never passed on the message to my Dr. . Other than this situation everything else has met my expectations. I do recommend Duke City Primary.”

The rooms are spacious, water pressure fine, and pillows comfortable, even if it doesn't seem squeaky clean. There's no breakfast included but a restaurant on site has a small breakfast menu and will do room service. The location is easy to access from the highway and not the best but the large parking lot is patrolled by security. Gas stations within walking distance. Staff were pleasant and efficient.”
