“The Century House is the place to stay in the Albany, NY area. Always a warm welcome with a fire in the lobby fireplace, coffee, tea, iced water, cucumber water available. And after 3 p.m., a huge tureen of soup! The rooms are newly updated with hardwood floors, lighting (not good in the bathroom, but bright in the room), fresh and crisp linens, and spacious drawers and hanging rods. A desk and sofa along with the bed(s) round out the furnishings. Free parking, a delicious breakfast and wonderful staff make a stay here the best value you can find!
