“This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. We have quite a few animals, and they always provide us with the best standard of care for all dogs and cats, as well the care and compassion we receive as pet parents. Jasmine had a personal experience with a cat with anxiety and was able to share that with us while we got one of our cats treatment, and she has not exhibited a single sign of anxiety since! Qwen is always incredibly friendly both over the phone and in person. I remember when she first started, and she is a perfect fit at the practice! Dr. K and Dr. Gibbs are always so attentive to our animals and give the most thorough exams I have had at a vet. They assist with nutrition, exercise, and care about the overall well-being of your pets. Rebecca is probably my favorite human on earth, and she makes not only me, but my animals incredibly comfortable. We have bonded over everything from shirts, to my cat, Merlin. I cannot say enough good things about her!!! You can tell this is a fear free and cat friendly practice, and cats get as much care and compassion as a dog! “INCREDIBLE! I started my journey late in 2022 and spoke with several local pool builders (all names you would recognize) in my search for the perfect fiberglass pool. Jeff Moeckel (the NEW owner) came out and spent time with me explaining the process, options, timeline,. etc. Jeff has been in the pool business for decades and was very well versed in the various aspects of inground pools. After reviewing all the options, I decided he was the best fit for me. I don't buy products based on the cheapest company (you most certainly what you pay for) but rather who I believe will provide the best overall experience...from communication to performance to warranty and follow-up AFTER my check has been cashed. Without question, I made the correct choice when I decided to work with Jeff & Cypress Pools. As you can see from the attached pic, the pool is absolutely beautiful. We had a tight site and this required a lot of thought and flexibility in the actual staging and construction. It was not without challenges but in every instance, Jeff and his crew did what needed to be done and made every effort to be sure I was happy. Do your research, if you must, but know that you will be very happy if you allow Jeff and Cypress Pools to build your backyard oasis - I know I am!!!”

“This is such a unique venue! I held a seminar for about 60 people. It was spacious but not cavernous. There are two planes - one was removed so we had more room. Cullen and Patty were great. They were very accommodating and helpful. Everyone at the seminar could not say enough about the space. It is a hidden gem in the Capital Region. I highly recommend this for just about any occasion. ( They have plenty of tables and chairs, but you must provide linens. There is a kitchen, bar and icemaker.) We even had them fire up one of the old War Bird planes - so cool! If you are looking for a memorable event space, you should defiantly check this out!”

Jim & Mike came to my home, took the measurements prior to the purchase & then returned to my home to install the blinds. They were efficient, precise, very friendly & pleasant and cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing for me to do except put the left over materials in the trash. “I was divorced a couple years ago after a long-term marriage and decided to try online dating. Thought it would be easy and couldn’t have been more wrong. 20 years out of the dating scene coupled with bad photos made it a difficult and humbling experience. Without a doubt, success or failure with online dating is all about the photos. Yes, the bio should be good too, but without good photos, it’s a losing proposition. Once this revelation finally dawned on me, I searched the Capital Region for dating profile photographers and could not find one, there were none at that time. So, I searched area photographer sites until I came to Natalie’s and was floored at the quality of work she exhibited, it all seemed magazine quality and very artistic, bigger than our area. I didn’t think that someone of her caliber would work with me on this, but she agreed and I’m very glad she did. Natalie worked with me to set up different shots that reflected who I am as a person (the best way to be authentic and have the most successful photos in my opinion). Being the typical guy, I needed help with what to wear and Natalie guided me there as well. In fact, she went so far as to allow me to email her selfies of the different looks which further helped to refine the final shots. On the day of the shoot, we went to several locations, and I now know why her photography is so high end. The care she took to set up each shot was way more than I imagined, she used multiple cameras at differing angles with multiple poses, even employing reflectors, flashes, and strobes for perfect lighting. I could just tell she wanted to make this as good as she could possibly get it and does this for everyone. And not for nothing, her cameras and lenses are the best of the best. I was nervous before the shoot, but Natalie is so nice and easy to talk with, it became a fun experience. Time seemed to fly by and before I knew it, the shoot was complete. Within 24 hrs, Natalie emailed be a link to a private gallery of the shots which I got to choose which ones I wanted. This was the toughest part because there were so many great shots. After my selections, Natalie did some retouch editing (did not change me and no one would ever know) which made the photos pop even more. You’d think all of this would cost a fortune, but I couldn’t believe how affordable it was. Way less than I imagined. Whether you are male or female, 20 or 60 years old, and not happy with your online dating experience, I highly recommend you contact Natalie to get new photos. You’ll be shocked at the difference it makes.”

“I called up to request a survey and was greater on the phone by the owner of the company! After that I requested a survey for which I recieved an immediate quote. I had asked if it was possible to come in 1.5 weeks on a certain day, they said they could get it done sooner and generally don't come on a specific day given weather, but they would try their best. They showed up on my requested day and worked quickly and efficiently. Steve and Chris the surveyors were polite and performed all of my survey requests and actually did beyond what I asked. Despite them doing more than originally asked the bill just came and it was what was originally quoted. I will definitely use them in the future again if the need arises!”
