“Camelot printed our seating chart for our destination wedding and it came out beautifully. I was nervous I wouldn’t find a printer who could print in white ink on a 24x36 acrylic sheet but it was no issue for Camelot. The turn time was super quick, and they helped walk me through sending them a specific type of file so they could make a revision to it to ensure the sign printed perfectly. We were worried about getting the sign to its destination without damaging it, and they gave us tips on checking it with the airline to make sure it arrived safely.. which it did! Will be using Camelot more frequently in the future for sure!”

“INCREDIBLE! I started my journey late in 2022 and spoke with several local pool builders (all names you would recognize) in my search for the perfect fiberglass pool. Jeff Moeckel (the NEW owner) came out and spent time with me explaining the process, options, timeline,. etc. Jeff has been in the pool business for decades and was very well versed in the various aspects of inground pools. After reviewing all the options, I decided he was the best fit for me. I don't buy products based on the cheapest company (you most certainly what you pay for) but rather who I believe will provide the best overall experience...from communication to performance to warranty and follow-up AFTER my check has been cashed. Without question, I made the correct choice when I decided to work with Jeff & Cypress Pools. As you can see from the attached pic, the pool is absolutely beautiful. We had a tight site and this required a lot of thought and flexibility in the actual staging and construction. It was not without challenges but in every instance, Jeff and his crew did what needed to be done and made every effort to be sure I was happy. Do your research, if you must, but know that you will be very happy if you allow Jeff and Cypress Pools to build your backyard oasis - I know I am!!!”

We scheduled multiple meetings with a few different companies to come in and discuss options and pricing for new machines. Liam Bancroft and his team came in with the best numbers and service options to meet our needs. Delivery was quick and the transition was simple. We experienced a minor issue with a part on one of the machines which needed replacement, and Liam took care of the matter very quickly. “My experience with Comfortex was two fold. First, the professionalism & knowledge of the staff at the store in Latham was so helpful to me in making the decision as to what kind of blinds to choose. They spent as much time as was necessary to take care of me. I am grateful for that. The company contracted by Comfortex (1st Call Maintenance & Remodeling) is excellent. Jim & Mike came to my home, took the measurements prior to the purchase & then returned to my home to install the blinds. They were efficient, precise, very friendly & pleasant and cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing for me to do except put the left over materials in the trash.
