“Have been to this restaurant many times and it is always great! Food is delicious and staff is welcoming. This was our first time getting a Hot Pot and it was amazing. They put a heating element on your table and then bring out the pot with all of the fixings in it. You can adjust the temperature, and it's nice because it stays hot while you take your time. Also, always love all of the side dishes they bring out with any order. So fun to try new things!”

He was persistent until he fixed the problem. He had another technician with him, which I did not get his name and feel bad I cannot recognize him, who was just as great.
