“It is often hard to find prompt service, helpful staff, and people who get the job done as expected. There are 2 people at Saratoga Spas to whom I'd like to give a shout out. My first contact was Heidi. We own a different brand of hot tub. She assured me that they could send out a technician. She explained some of the possible hot tub problems over the phone and was never rushed in dealing with me. She gave me her extension so I could reach her easily later. A week later I called to have someone come out to determine the problem with the hot tub. Luckily there was a technician available the next afternoon. Samuel was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and professional; traits that inspire confidence in what is being done. There was a lot wrong with the secondhand tub of ours. Samuel fixed it in the most efficient manner, suggested parts that would be good to replace, and kept it as affordable as possible given what needed to be done. He also had all of the parts on his truck so there was no running back and forth to their facility to get them. I can't say enough good about both Heidi and Samuel.”

“What can I say? They're the best! You drive up. The attendant immediately takes your luggage and car. You go into the office, take care of the paperwork, and next thing you know, you're on the van to the airport. On the return trip, you call them aftee you get your luggage and within a few minutes, the driver is there. When you return to the depot, your car is already running, and the heater is on, so you don't have to feel the cold. I highly recommend Albany Park and Fly.”

“Great place to bowl with family or throw a birthday party for kids. They also serve food and drinks, including a bar for adults. We had some slushies, fries, and a chicken quesadilla (nothing gourmet, but it was good). Reasonable prices. My family and I had a great time. It has two sides so there are lots of lanes. Also a few claw machine type games that the kids liked. Highly recommend 👌”

“The restaurant is clean and larger than it looks from the road. It is busy at lunch time. They were struggling a bit with staff shortages today so service was not very fast and lacked what might be normal attention level at another restaurant. I have eaten here before and the food was excellent as usual. I will return and hopefully be able to change this rating for a five that they are capable of earning.”

“I am so frustrated with my experience with CNY. Most of the staff on one hand are so caring and kind but on the other hand the communication lines at this clinic are horrible. I have spent days just trying to get my prescriptions in order with barely any help or inconsistent help from the clinic. I am not sure if some staff are just terrible at writing notes and the other half are terrible at reading them. I seriously have no idea. But I already have had treatment delayed due to staff error not mine and now I am worried I will have to wait another month again for staff error not mine. I do have faith the process will work out with them but good lord, I don't think I should have to call everyday to make sure things are getting done. EDIT: I need to stress that the staff is kind and very helpful. All of them. It can be bumpy at times but keep going.”

“My children have been seeing Dr. Barry since they were in the NICU and he is patient and kind. He is willing to wait ( as long as a doctor in a busy office can) for them to warm up to him, and has number of tricks up his sleeve to get their attention and to hold it. He works with very young and fragile children and sees them progress, and has such a wonderful and gentle demeanor. His office staff are quick and friendly and very efficent. The office can be crowded but things run smoothly for a pediatric eye clinic. Wonderful doctor and fantastic with children!”

“I've been studying one on one with my instructor Dan Bartholomew since last winter. He is an excellent teacher, clear eyed, honest, kind and encouraging. Not to mention his understanding of the subject and generosity with his information. From time to time I get a pop quiz on the safety rules and must answer even if I'm foggy that day. It's an essential practice! With every lesson I take, it makes me want to learn more and piques my interest. Never bored!”

“I highly recommend this establishment to get the wedding dress of your dreams! Yvonne was extremely patient and kind to me. She made me feel comfortable saying what I liked and didn’t like. I tried on numerous dresses and she was patient with each one. The dresses she suggested for me were amazing, I had a hard time deciding on one! And instead of forcing me into a decision like most dress places I had gone to tried to do, she told me not to be pressured and to take my time and if I didn’t love one then not to get it. Which was so comforting to hear because she actually cared about my wedding day and making sure I loved the dress instead of just trying to get one sold. She truly made my experience enjoyable and not stressful. I ended up getting the most beautiful dress that she designed herself. I love my dress so much and she made sure that it went well with my body type. If you’re looking to get a dress from someone that actually cares about what looks the absolute best on you , has your best interest at heart and is extremely patient, then this is the place for you. I can not recommend this place more.”
