“The doctors and staff were amazing! I took my 19 month old to get an initial eye check. She’s a clingy, whiny toddler who hates other people so I was a nervous wreck. The staff were able to keep her happy and engaged so they could do a thorough exam. They have an excellent waiting room equipped with movies and toys to keep little ones entertained for the time you need to wait. I highly recommend!”

“This was my first experience at Shaker Violin. Steve was exceedingly generous and helpful and repaired my father’s cello. It was immediately obvious that Steve is very passionate about his work and took time to explain the reason he picked a certain method and tools for the repair to be done. As a bonus Steve took interest in a possible fix for cracks in my classical guitar and invited my to bring the instrument over. After assessing the nature of the crack I agreed with his suggestion to stabilize the crack. Needless to say I highly recommend Steve for any violin/cello repair. He far exceeded my expectations! “There’s so much to love about Dogtopia of Latham! The facility is so clean, has a great layout, and is warm and inviting for both dogs and humans. I love that I can check in on my puppy through the high quality webcam. Their mobile app is easy to navigate, I can book all of my appointments ahead of time as well. I love that from 12pm-2pm, the dogs get their own crate to eat lunch and take a nap while the rooms get a mid-day clean! Although Dogtopia is a franchise, Bobbie, Jay, and the staff have not made it feel like you’re just a “number” checking in and out, they still have that small town touch and they really care for the well being of the dogs. My Leon comes home fully HAPPY AND CLEAN! So happy to have a well-run facility like this in Latham :)”

“My first time there. Staff was incredibly helpful, gave us a walk around of the place. Very friendly very respectful I was pleased to see this kind of work ethic from a young generation. These young staff continue like this, they will succeed in life. I will be returning back to this place. We used the batting cage only, no issues what so ever. Nice to see the staff monitoring the equipment, making necessary adjustments when needed. Ensuring the pitch machine was shooting pitches over home plate. Cheers to the staff! Thank you.”

“Only reviewing the store and the deli section. The inside of the store is huge. They have a lot of import packaged goods down the isles. A lot of premade salads and pastas from the cooler to go. The staff was a little disorganized but everyone was super nice and friendly so I didn’t mind. I think ordering for pickup through the website is the way to go. The sandwiches are pretty good size and a nice meat to bread ratio. This bread is very soft but i think that is a regional/upstate NY thing. One of the better sandwich shops in the area for sure. Haven’t really found a place that does a hard crust Italian semolina style bread yet. Would definitely order again.”

“Nice quiet place with the best sushi around. Only two people running it, the chef and his wife. Everything here is top notch, and assembled with respect to the trade, using excellent ingredients and beautiful presentation. It feels like walking into a little sushi shop in Japan with the simple yet warm decor and neon lights. “I had both pressure washing and indoor and outdoor window cleaning done. Carlos did both on his own and did a wonderful job. He worked all day and the windows have never been cleaner. After pressure washing, the cleaner in the water streaked the stain on some of our outdoor wooden deck posts. Carlos approached me right away and asked how he could fix it for us. I still had the stain for the posts, so, when he came back to wash the windows, he also stained the posts. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with the results before he left and collected payment.”
