“Since joining Girl Fight, I can’t remember the last time I dreaded going to the gym! The space is SO clean. They implemented extra cleaning procedures for the pandemic that they have kept in place since restrictions were lifted. The workouts are incredible, I have felt so much better both physically and mentally after starting classes at Girl Fight. And the trainers are very accommodating with modifications for anyone who may need them. They offer additional services too like nutrition coaching and one on one coaching. The best thing about Girl Fight is the community. All of the members are so friendly, the trainers are always encouraging and supportive; they’re sure to help anyone who may need some extra help during the work outs. Marie, Brandi, and Christine are INCREDIBLE instructors who really know their stuff and always make the work outs better with their enthusiasm. And Amanda, the owner, is the most personable and supportive person I have ever met. She is always there for assistance when you start your trial and continues to be there for all of the members whenever they need it. I highly recommend Girl Fight Fitness!!!”

“I have been coming to this physical therapy practice for years due to a very problematic knee. I think I have worked, at least once, with every therapist here and every one of them are amazing. They all really know what they’re doing, they’re all so helpful and kind. I worked with Kevin for the first time this past year after my fourth surgery on my knee, he worked with my 2 to 3 times a week for nearly a full year and I can truly say that I attribute a lot of my recovery to him and his work with me on my knee. He was so helpful, understanding, motivating, and kind. I will miss seeing everyone that works here every week but I’m also so grateful that I no longer have to come to PT due to all of their hard work.”

I just had my second visit with him and he’s fixed one issue (achilles tendinitis)and now we’re onto completing the second issue. (Bunion). I feel very comfortable with the direction we are going in. Dr Relation has the Best bedside mannerisms. He explains everything very clearly to you and addresses all of your questions and concerns. His staff is top notch as well. “Complexions is a wonderful spa. Welcoming and relaxing. I never seem to take full advantage of the serenity lounge but next time I will book an early appt so I can enjoy the sauna as well. Nicole is terrific, she really listens to you to determine the best course for your massage. My only criticism is the lack of pictures/bio on the website. It would be nice, especially for first timers, to know a little bit about who they are booking with.”

“We love Northeast Gymnastics. We have been going for years! Kim and her staff is Awesome! I have a neurodivergent child, who gets overwhelmed easily. Kim and her staff recognize her cues and are always there to make sure she is comfortable and safe. Knowing my child has a safe space during summer camp and classes takes the anxiety away.
