“Update 11/6/2019: I'm not sure if something changed, but the customer service has improved since my last two visits. Perhaps its because I came in on a Monday night when it wasn't as busy (store was virtually empty). As opposed to being essentially ignored like the last couple times, this time I was assisted by a couple employees - one of whom I think was a manager. They assisted me with a bra fitting and bra selection and all of them were very helpful, friendly, and great to chat with. Plus they had a great promo on bras going on, but VS often has some kind of nice little promotion. The bras I ended up getting are perfect and suit my needs immaculately. I've been a fan of their push- up bras back when I was a smaller size and younger and I think that won't change any time soon. OLD: Beautiful store, but most VS stores are pretty. They have their PINK and regular store separated and literally across from each other which I thought was strange at first, but I guess they couldn't get a large enough store-front for both collections. The reason that I don't like this location much in particular is because the customer service isn't that great. The last time I went there an employee at the entrance gave me a snobbish look and the employees there in general weren't as welcoming as the employees are in other VS locations.66”

“I had a leather jacket custom designed for my body type and the results were exceptional. It looks wonderful and the leather is so soft. I was told that it's lambskin and that helped the jacket flow over my areas of concern. Store owner measured me perfectly and created something spectacular. They even put in a custom designed embroidery pattern that we wanted on the inside. I highly recommend this business for any of your leather needs. Great customer service as well.”

“Journeys is kind of like the Hot Topic of shoes places. They have nice shoes, nice variety, and good service. One time though, I walked in and was looking at the boots, (this journeys was directly across from a foot locker) and I asked to try some on. "Would you like to try the men's section?" The footlocker and journeys were opposite. And I was looking at the women's shoes because of it.”

“Recently went in to see what could be done for a pair of leggings that had a seam rip - I know my options are that they’ll repair or replace within reason. The girl who was helping me told me that they had been in the dryer too much and that was the reason - they have seen a dryer maybe 4 times accidentally. I was told ‘the best they can do’ is to pick a similar pair of leggings in store since they didn’t have my original pair in store and that they’ll allow an exchange this one time. I felt pressured to pick a new different pair because it seemed like my only option. Once checkout was done and I left, I immediately regretted it and didn’t want a new different pair. I went back and spoke to who I believe are the managers and could tell they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase - they helped me order the same pair and they’ll get shipped to my door. I’ve never had a poor experience at Lululemon and was very disappointed at how the first half of my trip went but very happy that it was resolved!”

Yet Donald gave me respect, acknowledged my needs, gave a tremendous amount of patience and I'm forever thankful.
