“First, the other recent review which mentions the showroom being closed during posted hours...perhaps they should have put a sign on their door but their website says they are closed for Jan and Feb and to call for an appointment. Being in the landscaping industry, do you really think they are waiting by the phone in February? This is a long-time family business, not a chain...get over it! Anyway, my husband and I have been working with Long Lumber for years (my husband for over 20) and we have never had a problem. Good selection, good quality...it might be rustic (grandpa's taxidermy is STILL there!), but they are local and reliable.”

Owner met with us to assist us in picking out the material for our sofa bed couch, gave a pick up date , which was close to 6 mths out, and time estimate for completion. They picked up exactly when they said they would and the finished couch was delivered safely 3 weeks later. Price was comparable to getting a new sofa. Love the finished product.
