“The owner Karl helped us find an excellent and super comfortable firm mattress and perfect pillows that we are thrilled about. He also sold us a more modern sofa set that we love. He was 100% hands on, extraordinarily helpful and attentive. Never once did we feel pressured. He spent a lot of time with us educating us on the various products and manufacturers, and he seems to know instantly what his potential customers are likely to buy. Delivery was instant - the furniture arrived a few minutes after we got home from the store, and the delivery team was great! Karl has an amazing volume and selection of inventory, as well as an impressive knowledge of his huge array of furniture and mattresses. Highly, highly recommended! “There is this old guy there who only works at night. He randomly is rude to customers telling them he has to go to the bathroom and hurry. Doesn't like giving you a bag when you have several items. Once I waited 5 mins while he was praying in the back of the store another time I got there in the pouring rain and he asked me what I wanted he was doing the trash, so I went across the street. There is a lot more that goes on with this man. I understand he is most likely family or a family friend, but he needs to go. edit: 2 months ago I gave a one star from the above review. Since then all new people, very friendly and great. Prices are even lower. So I change it to 5 star.”

“Cool, small thrift/upcycling store for creative supplies, especially fabrics and yarn! Wish they were open other days of the week than just Saturday 1 to 4 pm, the in-store shopping hours are probably the only down side because with craft supplies especially thrifted items I prefer to see them in person versus ordering online because there are no refunds. I like to see the product quality before buying. Plus it is good to buy fabrics in person versus online because you can also feel thread count and thickness of the fabrics and there is no screen difference of coloration of fabrics or yarns because you can see it in person. But sadly, this is the way of the world as brick and mortar stores aren't the main way people get things as they like the convenience of ordering online, which honestly I don't like for everything. There are just some things a person needs to shop in person for. There's just something magical about going into a shop versus clicking and getting it online.”

“I've done a lot with vinyl lettering over the years, from lettering my vehicles, to signage on commercial properties that I managed, and Cam at Vital Sign & Graphics took it to new level. I had some vinyls done for my new van, and my wife's car, and Cam was more than happy and able to re-size my .ai files as needed to fit the new van perfectly. And when I (naturally) had an incident with the installation of one of the letters, Cam and Jamie immediately cut my a new letter and then installed it so that I wouldn't mess it up again. :) Very personal service, very nice guys. Just know that they are BUSY, so your project may take a bit of time. But that's OK, quality (and buying local) is worth it! Five stars, and highly recommended!”

“Exceptional service!! Audio Video Corp (AVC) personnel were timely, courteous, and professional. Involving servicing a failed component, Seth agreed with the options of avoiding an on site service call. I brought the seven year old device to their shop and AVC identified which of their techs did the original installation. That same tech diagnosed, and repaired the device within two days. “I had Tony S. at our house about a year ago to install a Stainless Steel Farmhouse sink. He was very Professional and did a great job for us. So naturally when we had a serious leak with our toilet, I texted Tony and asked if he could come out and take care of it. First, we heard back within an hour. Second, he was kind enough to fit us on his schedule and come out within a few days. He found multiple issues and installed a new one with no issues. We were so pleased with his work this second time we decided to have our shower faucet and assembly replaced. We expected the worst since there was no access from behind the bathroom wall. He made a oversized hole and used a special cover plate to fix what otherwise would have been to take out part of the shower with a huge amount of repair left for us. This turned out to be the best thing we have had done so far. If you need a great plumber for non-emergency work, you can't go wrong with this guy. Many thanks again for having such great people.”

“INCREDIBLE! I started my journey late in 2022 and spoke with several local pool builders (all names you would recognize) in my search for the perfect fiberglass pool. Jeff Moeckel (the NEW owner) came out and spent time with me explaining the process, options, timeline,. etc. Jeff has been in the pool business for decades and was very well versed in the various aspects of inground pools. After reviewing all the options, I decided he was the best fit for me. I don't buy products based on the cheapest company (you most certainly what you pay for) but rather who I believe will provide the best overall experience...from communication to performance to warranty and follow-up AFTER my check has been cashed. Without question, I made the correct choice when I decided to work with Jeff & Cypress Pools. As you can see from the attached pic, the pool is absolutely beautiful. We had a tight site and this required a lot of thought and flexibility in the actual staging and construction. It was not without challenges but in every instance, Jeff and his crew did what needed to be done and made every effort to be sure I was happy. Do your research, if you must, but know that you will be very happy if you allow Jeff and Cypress Pools to build your backyard oasis - I know I am!!!”
