“What a great experience from start to finish. I had been thinking of buying a hot tub for a few years, finally decided to pull the trigger. Went in to look around and talk to someone about it since I've never owned one before. Ed was our sales rep and he was very helpful. They didn't have much on the showroom floor but he explained all of the options and pricing very clearly. I decided on a tub that was coming in soon on a truck. Ordered it on a Saturday, Tuesday they called to schedule delivery and Thursday it was being dropped off at my house. Finally have the electrical hooked up and it is running great.”
