Absolute Performance

This is far more than “just a gym.” I love the instant feeling of belonging the moment I walked through the door and met Tom. If you are looking for a program that will help you reach your goals AP is the place to go.
CrossFit is said to be a community and I can definitely understand why that is said. You feel like you are part of the family.

Great group of people. The coaches are excellent.

I have taken both a boys baseball team and girls softball team for training and both teams had a lot of fun. Some of the girls liked it enough that they wanted to continue the workouts after the team training ended. Tom and his instructors make it and challenging and fun for the teams. He also allows the coaches to work out too so they can see how much is really being done first hand.

Originally from Buffalo, I’ve lived in NYC for 15 years now, but visit my hometown often. The coaches and crew at Absolute Performance have become the only box I’ll go to when visiting Buffalo. I can always count on a great workout, super knowledgeable coaches, and a very welcoming community of athletes. I train six days a week, but due to lots of travel I end up at many different boxes around the country. Absolute Performance has continually ranked at the top of my list. I would highly encourage all athletes, regardless of skill or experience level, to take a class and learn why I always look forward to going when visiting Buffalo.
