“I've bought several living room sets with Raymour and Flanagans and they've been very well made, beautiful, quality sets that have held up very nicely, for well over a decade. My daughter recently bought a full bedroom set and had to return it after delivery for several manufacturing issues. It was cheaply made , with several imperfections, and toxic chemical smells. Though we were sadly disappointed with this particular product, I was very impressed with their quick response to rectify the issue. I spoke with Luke and he was very accommodating and had superior customer service skills. They seem to care about their customers and don't just "throw you under the bus" because they've already made a good name for themselves. They understand that word of mouth matters and they don't want to sell inefficient, poorly made products, with their name attached to it. I respect that.”

“I moved to Buffalo from Colorado in the middle of the Spring, 2020 Covid shutdown! A real living person answers the phone when you call! I love my apartment! It’s great having my own washer/dryer, front porch, patio and spacious well- designed interior with plenty of storage and an attached garage! The residents are very nice and the neighborhood is beautiful, well-maintained and centrally located near anything and everything you could possibly need. The amenities are great and there’s excellent communication between the office and residents. Roz, the manager is very nice and always responds quickly. I couldn’t be happier!”
