Had no problem getting through to customer service. I called to confirm my appointment and was reassured I was on the schedule. Received a call from the driver 2 hours before the delivery time window, and the were at my house within minutes. Conner worked for three hours with us trying to get it out of the mud, and we eventually did. I’ve never used a storage unit before so when I kept forgetting I had a payment due, Conner was incredibly understanding. I am so happy we chose this storage unit as I imagine my forgetfulness would have been a nightmare anywhere else. I cannot express enough how awesome Conner was in this entire process.
