They cleaned it out, replaced the air filters, put in a quality vacuum bag, and even cleaned the outside of it and removed all the ugly scuff marks. “Although this is a small dealership in the Buffalo, NY region, these guys always treated me as a first-rate customer. Maybe it is because of their size that they give such good attention to detail but I was always pleased with their customer service. In my situation, I was trying to buy a car remotely and I was looking as far away as NYC but then I found LK Auto online. Although they sold the car that they had advertised they searched the country and cherry-picked a BMW for me out of Michigan and moved it here at no cost to me. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Because it was used, it came with a short warranty and I did have one small issue with the door during the warranty period. We discussed the issue and fixed it - it was fair and with no problems. I love their turn-around time. All emails were answered quickly. All phone calls were picked up (no voicemail). Everything was handled professionally. I hope that my new (used) car lasts me a long time but I hope to use the guys again a few years from now. These guys are aces.”

So we started off going to home depot and lowes ,they had nothing in stocks and was told 4-8 weeks to get from Georgia factory and then another 2-4 weeks to install carpet. Went to custom carpet center on transit rd In williamsville and spoke to Kathy the manager , explained our cituation ., she showed us her top selling carpet , call is back the next day ,saying carpet was in Stock and was installed in less than a week . “We have a front porch and the benches we had were too short for me to take a decent afternoon nap in the summer... my legs were always hanging off the edge. So I searched far and wide for an 8 foot wide bench with no success. I did a Google search and found Fox Furniture and called. Talked to Mike and asked him if he could custom build an 8 foot bench by combining two 4 foot benches without the arm rests in the middle. Within a week, I had my brand new 8 foot bench sitting on my front porch. I bought a new rocking chair too. And yes, they delivered! Excellent quality and service and highly recommend.
