“I had my third routine service appointment at Plaza Honda with Chris yesterday. Once again, he treated me like family - first explaining every expected charge that I would have for this visit and then directed me to the waiting area / lounge where he showed me to a comfortable spot. He told me approximately how long the service would take and pointed to the refreshments. I read my book for 75 minutes, he called me , went over my bill and everything was exactly as expected. My Dad was a car dealer and I grew up working part time (during college) in the service department at a NY dealership and know how it operates. I continue to be very impressed with the service at Plaza Honda and the warm manner that Chris treats me and other customers (observed).”

“Dr. Wachtel is probably the most though dr I ever had with an excellent bedside manner, I’ve been seeing him for over 25 years. He is up to date medically and he’s going to find your medical problems and treat you appropriately. He doesn’t give medicine unless you need it and he monitors you like a hawk, he calls you at home after hours to discuss his findings from tests if abnormal. This is rare in today’s times, he’s the old school doctor whose up to date. As my primary doc he refers to specialists when needed and constantly follows up with them not just referral. This Doctor gives ample time with also when treating you. He’s on the money. Probably the best doctor I ever had.”

“Okay so I came here a few days after I got my new car and thought I would have had a hard time a new vehicle owner but to my Surprise I didn't. I ran into someone named Hugo(the manager) and I explained to him what I needed and he gave me my options and even tried to find a way around me spending money on one item. He sent me to the parts store dep't to get what I needed and when I was finished he met me outside and introduced me to Cindy just incase he wasn't there when I came in for my appointment.... The day I came in for my appointment Cindy was AMAZING! I've had customer service at places before but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I have EVERYTHING done and even checked on a few other things on my car as courtesy. I wanted to just stay there and hang out with her and her crew just because of how welcomed they made me feel. Peter was very professional and a great, caring person who obviously takes pride in his work and has a genuine interest in his clients. I've been going here since when it was originally called BK Chevrolet years ago. Peter has been the one constant here throughout the name changes and facility updates. He remains the one service advisor I trust and deal with. Others have come and gone over the years, however Peter is the one service advisor who has been here providing me with honest and excellent service all these years.
