Each jacket is handmade and because of this you are told in advance the approximate production time. I was given an expected time of six weeks. My jacket arrived on time. Approximately 2 days prior to shipping, you will be sent tracking information. The quality of the jacket is top notch. Very few things are custom made in the USA anymore. Well worth the six week wait! If you are looking for a jacket that will last throughout your career and that can be handed down to the next generation of pilots in the family...... Look no further.”

“I had a great experience from walking into the door and being greeted. I was not hassled or asked over and over if I needed help once I let the person who greeted me at the door, know that I was looking for so when I was talking to on the phone. She informed me that Jessica was on the phone with another customer and will get with me as soon as she was done and she walked off. Which was cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following me around or watching me as I walk through the store. As soon as Jessica was done, she walked up to me, greeted me with a beautiful smile and started showing me all the things that I had texted her I wanted. She also took me back to her computer to look at other things that I may like. She made me feel like I knew her for years. I got to order a lot of things that I need it for my new house in a very short period of time with ease and confidence. I look forward to going back and buying more stuff because the process was easy and friendly all the way to me getting in my car and having people load stuff into my car for me. It was truly a great experience and I will be going back thank you Jessica, and all the people that worked on helping me with my grade experience. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s name. Oh, and I got one part of my furniture today and it was delivered in a timely manner. That process was also amazing. I got a call the day before asking me about my order and letting me know that they will be delivering between 12 and three. They got here about 1215 and they brought everything in put it together, was very friendly and make me feel safe. So I look forward to getting the rest of my stuff delivered because it was also a great experience.”

“Stopped by the table display she had set up at our town’s holiday festival. Talking with both ladies at the table put a smile on all of our faces. They were so sweet and friendly. We got three of the tiny cakes, one chocolate and two cherry. So delicious!! The cake was moist and the chocolate outside is just the right proportion and didn’t overpower the cake inside. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We can’t wait to get more of these cakes!”
