“For a while I have been looking for a C300 that has decent mileage. I initially started searching through every dealership for a C300 that was within my price range. But, once I contacted European Masters, let me tell you I felt incredibly welcomed. They only showed me kindness and transparency with the offers they gave me. Shout out to Mohammad that helped me through this whole process. He was incredible at showing me different Mercedes options to pick from. He gave me all the details and reports for the cars he displayed. He insured me that if there were any problems I was protected under warranty and so far I haven't had an issue within this past week. “I came in to trade in an old phone and make an upgrade and had such a great experience. Yeah there was a bit of a wait time but that's what I expected, especially since apple just released their new phones a lot of people were going in to upgrade. The staff acknowledges you right as you enter the door and tries to keep things moving in a timely manner. I was helped by several employees, one I believe his name is Joseph. All were so great and patient with me. I ended up going back a few times and each time was a great experience!”
