“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near Central Park/Times Square. The staff were very accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us and offered to take our luggage inside the hotel. Check in was smooth, staff was very polite and made us feel welcome. Housekeeping left our rooms spotless each day, and refilled our toiletries when they were getting low. They were very considerate and did not bang on our door and yell, but rather politely knocked and waited for us to answer. Another thing I loved about this hotel was the low amount of traffic noise; I was surprised how quiet it was at night, which made falling and staying asleep a dream. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and cozy. I appreciated how cold the room can get, so if you like your room to be chilly while you’re sleeping, you won’t be disappointed! Upon checkout, they offered to set up taxi transpiration to the airport, which is incredibly generous. Overall a great stay, I will definitely book this hotel again next time I’m in NYC! Keep up the good work :)”

“These guys are legit. They do get busy with walk ins and appointments so its best to set up an appointment for them to get your work done right. I tinted my windshield and 4 door windows with 30%, the legal limit of Ny(quoted at 160. Alright price i say). The guys work hard and are open to conversations even while working. You would think they would mess up, leaving air bubbles and dirt but I was mistaken. When I inspected the car after I left, it had 1 or 2 air bubbles and little dots around and about. I contemplated going back to them and having them redo it, but 1 or 2 airbubbles with a few dots seem normal from my Google searches. Low and behold, the next day, all the air bubbles and little dots are gone! Now to see how they hold up over time. On their card, you do have a one year guarantee and the three guys who worked on my car have their numbers there. All in all, I'm satisfied with their work!”

“Went on a Tuesday at 2pm and sat outside. Ordered three tacos and would rank them in this order of most deliciousness: crispy fish, pollo, seared fish. All would rank high and all were seasoned incredibly differently but all delicious. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I wish the service was slower. I ordered three tacos and a margarita. The chicken taco came out maybe in 4 mins later. I don’t want my tacos before my drink. I feel like they should know that. Otherwise the server was attentive and friendly. I want to specifically call out the quality of their tortilla. Each taco had generous meat and too much for the size of the tortilla. But the tortilla held the meat and sauce incredibly well. It wasn’t soggy nor did it fall apart.”

Today Steve went out of his way to take care of my order with kindness, warmth and courtesy, and I truly appreciate that since I worked in the food industry for years. Additionally, when Steve isn't around, the staff is still incredibly friendly, efficient and delivers excellent customer service to myself and those I see with me in the shop.
