“Nice place to eat before a game. It’s expensive but so is everything at the ballpark. They charge you an extra $10 if you want a seat with a view of the field. You can get the buffet and/or dinner. I get the buffet. Lots to eat with a good selection and keeps the overall cost down.”

Xiang Hotpot - Flushing

Address: 136-20 Roosevelt Ave #2m, Queens, NY 11354, USA

Restaurant

“Xiang Hotpot is a great place for hotpot lovers. The restaurant's atmosphere and friendly staff provide an enjoyable dining experience. The wide array of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths made for a delicious meal. From the tender beef to the fish paste and fresh veggies, all the dishes were good. The servers were nice and accommodating. The space was nice and intricately decorated with a good space that reminds you of a walking through an ancient street in Asia. Price was a bit high. Xiang Hotpot is a good place to go, and I would definitely go back!”

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Address: 171-50 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11358, USA

Restaurant

“Had a hot, crispy and fresh chicken meal inside the restaurant. Not overly crowded but got that way when I left. The three piece meal was very crispy with a delicious side of mash potatoes and gravy. Washed it down with a root beer. My only gripe was the thigh was rather small compared to what I have ordered from them in the past.”

37 Xiang Seafood Hot Pot Restaurant

Address: 135-21 A, 37th Ave, Queens, NY 11354, USA

Restaurant

“The price is 52 not including tax, this is a great spot for seafood all you can eat so better take advantage of it. The oysters we got, one was bad, it stank. However, the sashimi were great, remember, this is all you can eat. Don't get sushi. The broth was great, we had tomato and spicy broth. The meat was fresh, and the service was great. They have a small booth for the guests it's really cool, feels very personal and intimate.”

Sam Won Gahk

Address: 144-20 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11354, USA

Restaurant

“This place has very good quality Korean Chinese food with reasonable prices. I drove all the way from Boston to for my kids to experience the real Korean Chinese food and my two boys loved it. The prices of each dishes were reasonable too. Parking was very easy as the place has own parking spots on the rear side of the building. Employees seem nice and efficient to serve customers. Our family will visit this place again.”

The Upper Crust Queens

Address: 67-11 Main St, Flushing, NY 11367, USA

Restaurant

“Food was delicious overall and a bit pricey. We had the salmon caesar wrap, a strawberry shake, vidalia onion rings and sunrise pizza. The salmon was juicy with a side of crunchy fries and the strawberry shake was refreshing. The vidalia onion rings had a nice crunchy crust and the sunrise pizza with the trio of overeasy eggs in the middle was phenomenal.”

First China Wok Inc

Address: 5402 Flushing Ave, Queens, NY 11378, USA

Restaurant

“This place deserves more stars- it is a standout among all the boring hole-in-the-wall Chinese spots that dot the NYC cityscape. The veggie fried rice was excellent- they added just the right amount of soy sauce and egg. It paired very nicely with the pickled radish which had a sweet, vinegary crunch... i chopped it up and threw it in the rice (in lieu of duck sauce) and tied it all together with their chili sauce (possibly huy fong sriracha paste but way better than the typical yi pin sauce packet).”

Happy Lamb Hot Pot

Address: 136-59 37th Ave, Queens, NY 11354, USA

Restaurant

“I came twice before the renovation and once more after. After the renovation, the system has changed, but it is still great! The servers are all polite, patient, and helpful. My friend and I did not know that we were supposed to inform the servers of our coupon ahead of time, but they still helped us cashed it in. Even when the place is crowded, they routinely come by to refill the hotpot. The buffet have a self-service table where you can get seafood, pasta, vegetables, and other side dishes. The meat were filling and tasty. The only thing you need to watch out is the timing. While they do not specify a time limit, you generally have between 2-2.5 hours as a time limit. Other AYCE places may extend to 3 hours, but here is slightly shorter. Still highly recommend as the foods and services were all great!”

“One of the few place in town for Yunnan noodle soup. Service was great. There are different toppings available depending on which combo you order. You can also select from a variety of soup base. The presentation is beautiful. Plenty of seatings and bathroom available. Most of the food is delicious. Slightly overpriced but would come once in a while.”

Restaurant

Martiniello's IV

Address: 2249 College Point Blvd, Flushing, NY 11356, USA

Restaurant

“This place is legit. If you live in the neighborhood, I'm going to assume you know it. So, I'll address this review to fellow tourists: if you want some delicious NYC pizza, this is the place to go. Great food, affordable prices with NYC service. They accept credit, but cash prices are lower. So bring enough cash if you want to save. There are 5 tables inside if you want to eat in - like we did. But it seems most customers (from local construction workers to long-time customers) took their food to go.”

Freedom Dove

“Jeju not only has one of the freshest seafood (we love their fresh 산낙지!!!) but their service is phenomenal! We are a family of 6 so the staff recommended 3 orders of fresh seafood and 3 orders of assorted sashimi. The portion was really good, really appreciated all of their dishes, including the pasta which my kids loved. We will be back here for sure!”

“Very nice people working at the cash registers. I went on a late Friday afternoon (5:30pm) and was seen very quickly. My ordering process went smoothly and the employee taking my order was very clear and concise. I had to wait a little for them to make some more tenders but I’m happier that they were fresh! The restaurant was nice and clean so I didn’t mind waiting. Would come back again.”

Haat Bazaar Restaurant

“Their Kolija Shingara is a must try item. Really good. I also liked their chai. We had different types of bengali curries with rice. Food were good. Some curries were really spicy but tasted good. Can’t complain about the cleanliness. If you are in Jackson Heights, you know how it is.. service was okay too.”

There is even an option between white/brown rice. The green tea ice cream is delicious and unlimited . You have the option to mix sauces at the condiment station with so many options to choose from. The restaurant is clean and the staff are always friendly. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend”

Flatiron Tavern & Provisions

Address: LaGuardia Airport, Terminal D Gates 92 - 98, Queens, NY 11371, USA

Restaurant

PappaRich

Address: 39-16 Prince St Unit 205 & 206, Queens, NY 11354, USA

Restaurant

“First of all, the restaurant layout is unexpectedly weird. You go in and the first sight is the kitchen, storage shelves for containers and restaurant supplies, and then the cashier. You can see the staff preparing vegetables next to your table. It's like they extend the kitchen and storage room into the dining area. The outdoor dining area will be better if you don't care about the dust, wind and sun shine. Waitresses can speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Overall tastes are good. Foods were served fast. We recommend this place and we'll go back again.”

Fong Kwan

Address: 65-48 Metropolitan Ave, Queens, NY 11379, USA

Restaurant

“Fong Kwan has finally reopened, for takeout service. EDIT: they now have limited indoor dining, two separate small tables. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required for dine-in. Very good reliable Cantonese menu plus some Thai dishes too. Good Cantonese style take out I used to be able to find more frequently, this still had some great familiar choices at great prices.”
