“REALLY tastes like home. The place was very busy when we arrived but the lady taking orders was very patient with us despite it being so. The food was about as authentic bengali as it gets. Literally felt like I was eating food from home. The seating is a bit rough in that there isn't much of it, but just be patient with the staff and you will have a great time. I will say, for non-bengali's the menu might be a bit overwhelming since nothing is really explained, so just ask questions to get a feel for what you want and you'll have a great time.”

“It is located in Northern Boulevard, this modern to Mexican cuisine is a refreshing approach to what is normally seen in Queens, NY. I wanted to make sure I chose an ideal place for my parents, the true representatives of Puebla, Mexico, since the early 1970s, and Google Maps gave me this place. The place is a little dark as you enter. The main attraction is a projector and 80 feet screen showing the local NY1 news?! How about an old movie of Cantiflas or Pedro Infante for nostalgic purposes. As for the food, the tacos were cold, the mole sauce was fine, and the meat, cooked medium well, was acceptable. My mom wished for more of the sauce on her serving, I believe this is because her tacos were cold as well. Overall, this place has the potential to be a great dining area with some improvements.”

“I was there with friends and family for dinner. The food was great and friendly environment. We try a band of drink , all the drinks was great we love it . 5/5( oh keep in mind you can asked the drink that you like,, my drink was not in the menu’s ( spicy margarita) )they make perfectly the way that I like 👍. Must order fried rice ( beef). 5/5 Also thali 5/5. For the vegetarian must must order vegetables soups.. will comings back.”

“It’s basically a pocket friendly restaurant. The foods are average and the taste varies on how late or early you are visiting this place. If you go there during lunch time or evening you will get some fresh food but if you visit during the closing hours, the taste might vary. I usually try out their haleem, which surprisingly is really good and made differently from the other places I tried. The meat is minced and mixed properly with Haleem. I will rate it 8/10 The other day I tried their pakora, sadly it didn’t taste good for me. It was just blend and I couldn’t even taste anything. Some of the food items are really nice, especially the curries. The staff over here is also friendly”

“The place was surprisingly busy on a weekday, which just shows how good the food is here. We were craving for some momos and they were delicious, I was not the biggest fan of their momo sauce, We also tried Chatpate, which was good. We had a short wait time, but the food was worth it, cute spot for a casual date night.”

“Armondo's is a unique restaurant in this area The service is great, everyone is constantly making sure you have what you need. The portions are very large and the food is good. The menu is varied and doesn't overwhelm. The bread in the basket is soft with a great crust, and the complimentary bruschetta at the start is a nice touch. There are small details in the preparation of the food that in my opinion could make it better, but that doesn't stop me from recommending Armondo's.”

“these were so good!! incredibly juicy!! the sauce was also such a good match for the empanada (we got shredded beef and chicken, both came with cheese which I liked a lot). the passion fruit juice was also yummy. the empanadas came in bags that kept them toasty, which was really nice.”

Fuska House and tong were first people, who introduced Bangladeshi street food in New York City.
