“My boyfriend and I wandered in to Richmond Tile & Bath in April because we decided to re-do our Master Bathroom. We wound up, in the process, meeting Alyssa D'Agosto who was so helpful, patient and sweet. We also wound up deciding to do a makeover on our second bath. Then to have a back splash put in our kitchen. Then to redo our downstairs guest bath. Alyssa kept up with all of the changes and add ons beautifully. We really did throw a lot at her in a short period of time and yet she was right on top of everything. Always ready with an answer, always responsive to any question I had and always positive and cheerful. She is such a great person to work with that despite all the stress this involved I had a ball. She's very funny and very attentive and also has such a fabulous sense of what goes with what. Each bathroom and our backsplash are really beautiful. When I use any one of the bathrooms, I really do feel like I'm in a hotel (or in the case of the downstairs guest room a B&B) because your selection of tile, backsplashes, toilet and hardware is so beautiful. Thank you so much for our gorgeous bathrooms but most of all for such a great experience. We are re-doing our whole house and trust me your employees and installers are fabulous.”

“I researched so many companies before choosing Cabaret. I wanted to go with a company that had great customer service and a company who dealt with integrity and that's why I chose Cabaret. There are so many companies out there that simply want your money but Cabaret really wants to do whats best for you. I had called several times and they had answered all my questions. They gave us ample time and worked with us till the very end. I was really nervous about throwing a party outside at the end of March. I was extremely unsure of whether to throw my event at a venue or at my house but Cabaret told me that I should go with a venue (which meant that they lost the chance to make more money). They were extremely patient and did not rush me in my decision whatsoever. I was really nervous and even called them to ask if we could switch venues when they were about to set up. Jonathon was so kind and did not get angry at all. He was understanding and reassured me he would do whatever I needed. Everything aside, I decided to stick to the venue and everything was perfect. We had a minor glitch at the beginning of the party and didn't know how to work something. My sister was able to get cabaret on the phone immediately and the owner, Jonathan, got her on facetime and the issue was resolved in no time. Our guests loved the tent and its truly what made our event perfect. The heating system was also perfect and we couldn't even tell it was freezing outside. I can go on and on. Thank you again for making our special night perfect! They are an amazing company and their top priority is to please their customers. Do not hesitate and book them right away. Amazing, amazing, experience!”
