“My boyfriend and I wandered in to Richmond Tile & Bath in April because we decided to re-do our Master Bathroom. We wound up, in the process, meeting Alyssa D'Agosto who was so helpful, patient and sweet. We also wound up deciding to do a makeover on our second bath. Then to have a back splash put in our kitchen. Then to redo our downstairs guest bath. Alyssa kept up with all of the changes and add ons beautifully. We really did throw a lot at her in a short period of time and yet she was right on top of everything. Always ready with an answer, always responsive to any question I had and always positive and cheerful. She is such a great person to work with that despite all the stress this involved I had a ball. She's very funny and very attentive and also has such a fabulous sense of what goes with what. Each bathroom and our backsplash are really beautiful. When I use any one of the bathrooms, I really do feel like I'm in a hotel (or in the case of the downstairs guest room a B&B) because your selection of tile, backsplashes, toilet and hardware is so beautiful. Thank you so much for our gorgeous bathrooms but most of all for such a great experience. We are re-doing our whole house and trust me your employees and installers are fabulous.”

The bagels smelled so good, but I was I the mood for a grilled chicken ceaser wrap ( very good 😋). The service was good, it was busy but the line kept moving 👌. Meanwhile half our houses without electricity, so I called Sheridan electric and spoke with Freddy, and he expedited my order I got it overnight. “Happy to see a Boutique carrying styles and sizes for all shapes and sizes. The Woman who helped me was great. She, at no point tried to oversell anything. Matter of fact she was pretty honest about the fit of a particular shirt. (I was in between sizes) Prices are fair and she worked with me without an ask. I picked up a nice outfit and I constantly get complimented on the shirt. Nice thing is about boutique shopping is that you're not going to see 4 dudes at a. Restaurant wearing exactly what you are. I've read something of the other reviews and I have to say... I've been here multiple times and NOBODY was EVER rude or unprofessional. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled. I'd recommend 💯.”

“I really enjoy helping small business owners out. This is a warehouse, not a store. If you are looking for a storefront, then keep looking lol. There was no sign in front of the warehouse which left me confused if i was even in the right spot. So i would recommend to the business getting a sign. However since its a mail order warehouse im assuming for filament, i guess its ok. The filament itself is a tad more expensive then the major brands, but I chalk this up to them being a small business. The product itself was ok, but it failed to print at regular pla settings (it ws a pla matte) had to run my abs setting to print it Which is fine. All in all a decent product, not a store. However the price I can get for way cheaper from the major brands on amazon. The owner im assuming was awesome to deal with. 4.5 stars if i could, -.5 for the price”

“Nice store. Great variety of everything. Household items, clothing, shoes, kids clothes, kids toys, home decor, purses and beach bags, towels, skin and hear care, bathroom things. Fitting rooms are large and has mirrors. Stuff are friendly. Lines are not crazy. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Cashiers are nice. Love this store. Recommend. Thr only thing I can say that there is not much girls and boys clothes and shoes. Almost none. For babies is ok variety. I love their dresses and variety of blouses.”

I had an initial problem with my custom shower doors and window unit. Not going to get into it because it's irrelevant now. Mike and Dino were sent to install my custom shower glass and they were a breath of fresh air. They were extremely professional, personable and accommodating. They were efficient and knowledgeable and got the job done...flawlessly! I LOVE my new bathroom!! Ryan came to install a window unit and he too was personable and professional. The only issue for me was yesterday when I wanted to get fresh fish but the 3 guys behind the counter said they had just closed. Meanwhile it was 8:40pm. They didn't seem to be needed anywhere else and the fish was still accessible.”
