Carpet One has knowledgeable staff, the products they offer are good quality, their prices are reasonable, and the whole process went smooth and was done in a timely manner. From the time you choose a product they immediately scheduled for someone to come to the house to measure and provide an estimate. The contractors they use for installs are professional and do an excellent job. We have used Carpet One two times now and both times were no hassle. Definitely recommend this company for flooring.

I was really nervous about making this huge purchase to redo all my flooring upstairs but I was recommended this place by a friend. Kimberly was the nicest to work with! She answered any question I had thoroughly, never made me feel any pressure, gave me guidance without ever trying to upsell me. She always greeted me by name and knew the ins and outs of my project so I felt like she was genuinely invested in it which was a nice surprise to me! Would highly recommend them especially if this is your first time doing a project like this!

Fantastic experience replacing carpet with luxury vinyl planks. Rocco gave us a number of great choices and didn't try to upsell us to anything we didn't need. Pricing was extremely competitive. The installers Steve and his assistant did a fantastic job with the carpet tear out and installation. They showed right on time worked efficiently and kept the job site very tidy the entire time.. They even added leveler to make everything perfectly flat and took care of some nail pops at no extra cost. All of the seams and transitions are perfect! They even had to work around a brick fireplace hearth, transition to existing hardwoods and every part was done to perfection! We are so pleased with the outcome. Carpet one will be our go to location for flooring until we finally escape from New York in a few short years. Thanks to the entire team making us some super happy customers!
