“Had a plumbing issue pop up at a horrible time. Called a few places and couldn’t get anybody. Called rooter man at 1pm and they had a tech, Bill, out by 4pm. Bill was awesome and a joy to learn from. Understood my plumbing better in 3 minutes than I knew in 3 years. Was upfront about cost including best and worst case scenario.
