(May 18, 2023, 1:11 pm)Had to bring my mom to a Dr appt in Clifton park and my car broke down as we got off the Northway. I had my two young kids with us, no way to get to enterprise to rent a car to get us all home. The employee I spoke on the phone with came to get us from the dr office so I could rent a car. Will forever be grateful for said employee ( and manager for letting her!) For being so generous 🙏🏽
(April 5, 2023, 9:02 am)The enterprise in Clifton Park NY has done a great job with me every time I rent from them. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They always go out of their way to make sure my reservation is set and I have what I need. I will definitely use them again!
(March 10, 2023, 4:46 pm)Friendly service. The car I rented had a few minor issues (like worn wipers), but they were very apologetic. Otherwise the car and service were excellent.

There’s been a few instances where I was booked for a mid sized car and had to drive a minivan or something different. The staff was very transparent and professional which I really appreciate. They also personalize the customer followup/ reach out which makes a difference as someone who travels a lot
