If you are interested in learning or expanding your knowledge of trees, shrubs, and bushes surrounding the swampy border of Swan Lake, the Preserve offers Tree Walks. I recently attended an outstanding Tree Walk conducted by Naturalist John McShane. The views are simply magnificent.”

“Pretty fun place to mtb with a small area for jumps for beginners and intermediate riders. Lots of climbing to get to the highest point in the park but fun downhill once you get there. Small parking lot but usually not too crowded at least on weekdays. No facilities except for a portable bathroom.”
