I shopped around looking for a specific spout for my bathtub — the part was on a massive list of Delta back-orders that weren’t being fulfilled until next year. This was the ONLY plumbing supply showroom in all of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester that had this spout. Their price matched online prices including tax and the items as packed perfect and never opened. I walked in five minutes before close and they sorted me out in 10. 5/5 stars for service. 5/5 stars for showroom. The showroom is WILD. They had faucets I’ve never seen before of varying quality. I would say this business carries more high-end items. A true hidden pluming gem. You would never know how massive of a showroom it is for the location.”

I had a situation with delivery (they scratched my floor a little bit) but the manager took care of everything, he took care of the issue on July 4, AWESOME! , I mean this people will go beyond the call of duty to satisfy you, love it! This store is located within the ridge hill mall, and just across the LL Bean store. There is some street parking available, but you are better off just using one of the several parking garages. “Our whole experience at Mattress Firm Clearance was very positive. The sales team is knowledgeable and able to work with any budget. David Castro is especially helpful; he was very accommodating with replacing a damaged remote for our adjustable bed frame. He even shipped it to our address (we live in a remote area of the Catskill Mountains) and followed up with a phone call that it was on the way. I would have gladly given this a five star rating, but there was a VIP Setup Service charge of $149, even though I had to set everything up myself. When I asked about this charge, I was told it was because of the large number of items in the delivery and because of the adjustable bed frame, which was heavier than most items. Neither of these explanations really satisfied me, especially when they had previously waived the $99 delivery fee when I placed the order.”
