“Ninos is the best! The only place I’ll go in Albany for bread, and the cookies are amazing! Authentic Italian style and always a great selection. The people here are wonderful and it’s clear they truly care about their customers❤️”

“Bagel shop with many options for breakfast and lunch. The food is pretty decent. They accept card ($10 min.) Service was okay, space isn't humungous, but it has tables to sit down to eat. Alcohol is also available (Beers). One thing I am extremely pleased with is that I got almondmilk for my coffee. That's a check in my book!”

“A lovely, welcoming place to enjoy a delicious breakfast, with a friendly welcome and service. More than ample serving of freshly prepared food.. definitely will return. This business is easily accessed with adequate parking and attractive to the eye. A friendly goodbye 👋, and they'll see us again!”

“Stopped in for a hot drink and a sweet treat. Was not expecting how delicious the pastries would taste. Wow. Everything is made in store with such care. They have mini versions of all of their cakes/tarts. We had the almond raspberry tart and the chocolate walnut tart. My friend had the mini carrot cake and mini chocolate ganache. You can't go wrong! So delicious! The owner was friendly and helpful. I do wish they had decaf coffee drinks but I had a tea instead. This is a must visit when in the area.”

“The bagels are great! They are exactly what I needed! The cream cheese was on point. Pretty big variety of cream cheeses, sweet and savory. The lox was very good. This sliced, but a good amount. The coffee was good, nothing special. The staff is pretty basic, getting you in and out. But you can sit and eat, and it is definitely a good bagel. I would recommend it.”

“The bread is amazing and the prices are even better, the young gentleman in the holister hoodie took very good care of me. I wish there was less yelling by the older tall gentleman with the mustache but very good place overall.”

“It is big and has mass produced items in vast variety and quantity. Do I hate Walmart? Sure I do. But since it is the only place to really shop left in many neighborhoods (due to dark economic design) I shop there and it is what it is advertised to be: big, well stocked, affordable.”

“This is the best deli in the whole rockland county. The bagels are just perfect and they make it the right way. The food has a perfect flavor and everything is clean and fresh. I really recommend this place. The owner is a great person and the workers are great.”

“There so much I can say about this place and it still might not do it justice. I’ll start by saying the staff is beyond amazing. Their energy is one of a kind and super contagious. After a long day of work or a morning workout you feel welcomed and as part of the family. Their recommendations are on point based on your likes and what you’re in the mood for. Some even make things on the spot that become a hit within seconds. Their nutritional tips are also on point and have really helped me become more conscious about the choices I make. My favorite thing is how we have become instant friends. From asking about each others days to discussing how class was or even how the family is doing. The team has really become family and there is no price to that. I recommend this spot for first class nutritional tips and drinks, a workout to remember, and for some genuine good company. Lastly I will end by saying that my 9 year old niece has become a fanatic of the kids class offered and the pay day shake. She has genuinely enjoyed being around the staff. PS. If you haven’t tried Ana’s protein donuts you need to do ASAP. It will change your life FOREVER!”

“I recently celebrated my birthday with a custom cake from “The Cake Don” . I was so excited with the outcome of our cake. Don is so talented and will truly bring any vision of yours to life! He created a masterpiece based just from my inspiration. Not to mention the cake, itself, was DELICIOUS! Several fabulous options of fillings and frostings to pair and choose from. I appreciated the teams communication prior to the big day as well as a seamless delivery to the venue. Thanks again for making my celebration extra special. Highly recommend treating yourself or loved ones to a custom Cake Don creation!!”

“The Bourke street bakery is replacing PICCOLO cafe (the Piccolo sign is still up the wall). They have another Bourke street bakery on 28th street. Originally from Sidney, Australia, this is a charming bakery with gourmet coffee, bread and pastries. It reminds me more of a danish place than a French one, but great nonetheless. The sourdough and baguette are great. So are the croissants and sausage rolls. Nice Ambiance, the decor is simple and rustic, which gives it an additional charm. The staff is very nice.”

“Went to Duck Donuts today for the very first time. The employee who assisted me was great! The store was empty when I arrived she so showed me a menu, showed me where I could watch my donuts be freshly made right in front of me, and familiarized me with their other menu options (including coffee's and donut sundaes). I asked what the most popular donut was and she said the Maple Bacon Donut, so that what's I went with. I decided to also try the Midnight Madness Donut. The donuts were made fresh to order, placed in a box, and given to me nice and warm! Needless to say, the Maple Bacon Donut was amazing! 10/10! The sweet maple glaze and with savory salty bacon is a wonderful pairing. The donut itself is more like a cake, especially since it's warm, fluffy, and moist. The Mighnight Madness Donut on the other hand, was not so great. Something about it had a burnt taste. I didn't bother to finish the donut after the first couple of bites. I will definitely be back in the future to try other items on the menu.”

“Steph is a beautiful soul. Typical to go to a Caribbean establishment and feel like you're begging for something with the attitude of the people... But everyone here is tremendously warm and friendly. I usually get bread and pastry and have recommended everyone to come here. Had a small birthday party for my friend so I Ordered a 12 inch pineapple and butter cream filling cake.... And finally, I know I don't have to go hunting for the perfect cake anymore! Taste was supreme, moist and well crafted! I wanted it plain because we had cake toppers and candles but she can definitely add whatever you want. This is my cake shop. Already, 4 persons from the party are asking where I got the cake. It was really that good. Price was only $50. Highly recommend!”

“El Chevere Cuchifrito is a small Spanish eatery in East Harlem, serving up meat over rice platters and a variety of fried foods. it’s a small space with stools at a counter—no tables inside but they do have tables outside rn. the space is pretty clean. the hot prepared foods are on display through a glass display. didn’t see any menus so basically you need to ask how much everything is. there’s a $5 minimum on debit/credit. stopped here and wanted some quick bites to go. got some bacalitos and papas rellenas. was totally satisfied as those fried eats hit the spot. the fried codfish was season well and the batter was crispy and yet soft on the inside. the papas rellenas was really good—fried potato ball stuffed with tasty season ground beef. perfect amount of food when you get those afternoon hunger pangs. the papas rellenas and bacalitos were ~ $2 each + tip. service is fine”

“So happy there’s a Milk bar near my neck of the woods! While it’s not the flagship (which is a must see location), it gets the job done. Milk serves you some of the best soft serve in the game. Make sure you try it and get the crunch topping. Game changer. I LIVE for their shakes. We often pop in and see what flavor they have since they are constantly getting new ones. Don’t sleep on the cookies and cakes too. This place is a NYC staple.”

“Super clean and organized. My family comes here regularly for all our grocery needs. The food quality and selection is great, a full bakery is available as well as cafe. Local competitors pale in comparison to how well kept this market is.”

“This store has everything you need or almost. If they don't have it, you can order online and pick it up. Very good selection, maybe the vegetables and fruits are a little expensive for a rural location. The staff is kind and helpful.”

“This bakery is named after the chef’s grandfather, Dan. We heard so much about it we had to visit while we were in NYC. What an experience - tasty, clean, variety. The chick Pattie’s were moist and flaky. The cheese rolls were flaky and cheesy. I highly recommend this bakery for your one-stop-shop!”
