“Ordered a delicious beef glass noodles mixed rice meal. Veggies were crunchy, not overcooked at all. A tiny bit heavy on the sesame oil, but not complaining, since it was delicious. I was surprised to see Japchae on top of rice, but it was great, it filled us up.”

“Stopped in for breakfast while in town with family. I am breakfast lover. Combine my favorite meal with the nostalgia of this little diner, I was in heaven. Do not downplay how it looks from the outside. It’s a quaint little spot, but their breakfast is awesome! Definitely a spot I would hit up again.”

“It is an older diner. Some people have complained about the brick and blinds. Well it is true they could use a bit of cleaning and some refreshing I wouldn’t let that detract from the institution. I was treated well immediately and greeted with a smile. There was a steady stream of clientele. Conversations in here were reminiscent of any local hangout where everyone seems to know everyone. The food came out promptly. Fries were hot and fresh and krinkly. The burger was delightful. The ice in the drink was the really awesome small crunchy kind. All in all, I would find myself back at this restaurant.”

“The food is so worth the wait! There were dual lines and I went through the drive thru which was quick and efficient for a very busy Sunday morning. The staff were so friendly. Especially the young lady that handed me my food at the window. She had a smile that just lit up the day and was so sweet and friendly despite how busy and stressful it could have been for her. She really made my day! I wish I had asked for her name. I ordered the breakfast platter which was a huge amount of food and absolutely delicious !”

“Me and my family had a great experience here tonight. I had the enchilada verdes w/ rice & beans (of course) and I had the flan for dessert. Food was good, service was good, and the price was right ($42 for a family of 4 kids ate from kids menu) what else is there to say? I think this will be our new go to Mexican restaurant. Btw...my stepson (my wife's son) was in here not long ago and had lost his card the night before at another restaurant w/o realizing it till he went to pay here at El burrito Loco the next day and they were gracious and trustworthy enough to allow him to leave and return to pay. Of course he did return and pay but we thought it was a really nice thing of them to do in this this day and age to allow him to leave and trust he come back. As with any review I can only speak from my experience you'll have to be your own judge.”

“Went here with the family for a family get together and the food here was EXCELLENT! The portions here are very generous for the money and nothing here disappoints. This is an authentic NY style pizzeria so the pizza here is top notch. Their subs here is made with fresh carved Boar's Head meats and they are huge subs for the money. The dining room and restrooms here are very clean. The employee's here were very friendly and waitresses here was on point. The entire family loved the food from here and will definitely go back here very soon. I highly recommend this place to anybody.”

“The food here is always delicious. Today my son and I got the chicken fajita nachos with only onions. My husband got the same thing with onions, green peppers and tomatoes. The chips were fresh and warm. The salsa and sweet tea were also great. The wait time wasn't long either and the waitress was very friendly. This is definitely my go to for Mexican food.”

“Stopped in on our way back to Charlotte for some breakfast. Wow were we surprised. This is the type of food I grew up with and would gladly come back when we are in the area. The Route 220 skillet is great. Corned beef, eggs, hash browns, gravy, cheese.”
