“The food is always good. There is always more of a wait, but it's worth it because it tastes good, and it's understandable due to lack of staff and their fixing food for carry out and delivery too. I have also noticed the service has gotten faster, especially when they have more than one cook in the kitchen! Ashley is always SUPER sweet and attentive when I go. The new manager does seem to care about the staff and over working then which is good too. My complaint is due to the drama between other staff that can be heard by the diners. There is one waitress that I have encountered a couple times that their seemingly negative attitude made me not really want to come back, but I remembered that we never know what people are going through so I tried to respond kindly and not angrily and she definitely softened. I think it's more an issue of being stressed out especially with all of the to go and delivery orders that come through in addition to the lack of staff they experience quite often. Yes, we should present our best at work, but we are all human. I wish their were a way for the restaurant management and probably franchise, to look at team building and responding to specific store staff needs like maybe not participate in delivery services or something. I know there is a lot to running a restaurant and if short staffed this would be hard, but investing in the staff would also promote being fully staffed!”

I have never written a rating before, but I must say I had a beef burrito with sour cream, retried beans, guacamole salad and I think it was the best I’ve ever had. We have quite a few Mexican restaurants in this area, and we’ve tried most of them, but Cantaritos, in my opinion, is the best by far! I hope you maintain your high quality ingredients and combination of those ingredients to this standard! My meal was large enough I needed to bring some home. “OMG what a cute little neighborhood store. I am surprised (and disappointed) that I didn't discover this store sooner; accidentally walked by recently when I was trying out a new walking route for my evening workout. I stopped by today to try their sugar-free cold coffee to beat the heat, and spend a few minutes on the internet to catch up on work. Agnes was the shift manager (recently promoted, congratulations Agnes!) and guest entertainment lead, and took my order. She is a very friendly host and despite my small initial order (they did not have a veggie burger that I wanted to try out for lunch), took the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome at the store. There are plenty of seating spots, a generous parking lot with lots of free parking, and phone charging stations and they have free WiFi. Interior decor is very welcoming and tastefully done, no less than a Peets or Starbucks. They are open from 5am until late (midnight) most days and the drive-through is 24/7. I certainly intend on visiting more frequently for work/study or just recreation. I wish they would introduce a veggie (soy pattie) burger on their entree menu!”
