“What a great find! This is a fun place to bring the kids for an afternoon or all day. Starting off with a train ride around the park you are able to take in what this park has to offer. Next move on to the 2 story carousel that is under cover for those sunny days. Moving on to the splash pad where your kids will have fun for hours. The only downside to the splash pad is limited seating for adults and small changing rooms. Finish the day with a visit to the play area and amphitheater.”

“We live in Mooresville and make the trip to this park a few times every year. Never very crowded and packed with stuff to do. Perfect for kids up to about 10 or 11. Carousel and train rides are $1.50 and open in early April ok Saturdays and Sundays. Splash pad opens Memorial Day weekend, and is open every day starting in early June. The playgrounds are in good shape and keep my kids busy for most of the time we are at the park. Usually, the main lawn is off limits in the spring so the grass can grow in time for the park concerts. Super clean, well kept shelters, recycling throughout, bathrooms in good shape.”

“Always clean and maintained! Staff is friendly and in attendance during park hours so I feel secure taking the kids solo. Great walking track and playground. *we play soccer through the YMCA here sometimes.”
