They did a seamless job with the piping and cosmetically it looks very nice. They also worked with me to install a faucet I found to match a sink I bought through another supplier which was greatly appreciated. They also found the water heater I needed cheaper on eBay and went through the trouble to acquire it due to the price break it offered me.
