I lived there four years with my wife. They are locally owned and managed, not part of some corporate disconnect. The owners reinvest regularly into the place. The staff are few, but good hearted locals that genuinely care. The maintenance is top notch and Aleks treats the place like he owns it. He is very serious about his job.
