“A friend and I stumbled in here on a whim the other night, not knowing what to expect. What we were greeted with was not only incredible food, but some of the kindest and best service I’ve experienced in Durham. We both had the legume platter and shared the Mac and cheese. Make sure you come here hungry because the portions are very large and you aren’t going to want to stop eating (the food is that good!). While this was my first experience with Haitian food, it definitely won’t be my last. This is a must try spot! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.”

“I had dinner with friends and my favorite aspect was the ambiance. The Christmas decorations and live piano music were fantastic. All menu items sounded good but due to dietary needs for healthy eating, I chose the special red grouper. I 😘 ved the spinach layered over the unique rice mixture with baby field peas. The tomato sauce was good but a little overpowering for my taste. Luckily it was in a beautiful display on the side so I was able to use just a little bit with the rice and spinach. The service was 5 stars!”

“Nice park to take your dog. If your dog is very shy or a puppy you may want to take them when it’s just you all and no other dogs. There was a great dain there when I took my puppy and the owner would not stop his adult dog from pouncing on my puppy until my puppy hid under the table and I had to just leave. It your dogs aren’t really friendly don’t take them to the park and allow them to bully smaller dogs!”

“Every week, my sister takes classes here. The place is airy and inspiring. It makes you want to jump rope. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to get better at jump rope because it is clean and comfortable. The classes are for most ages of kids and you don't need certain shoes or clothes to jump, as long as you wear sneakers.”

“They are amazing! We went today and the staff from check in.. to the dental chair... to check out was awesome! Very well trained and super nice. The tech we had today took her time and talked to my 9yr instead of to me which I loved bc he was the pt so he felt included! She took her time and answered every question he asked. The dentist was very sweet explained everything to me and him! Will definitely keep bringing him until he is to old to come.”

“A nice buffet within a very small budget. They have a very good salad bar where you can mix veggies, meat, chess, sauce according to your choice. There are also five-six default options for pizza and they take customized orders of pizza too. Among the default options, there were pepperoni pizza, bell pepper-onion-Italian sausage pizza, Italian sausage pizza, cheese pizza, etc. There were also meatballs, noodles, red sauce, bread sticks, cheese sticks, three dessert pizzas including chocolate pizza, cinnamon pizza, strawberry pizza. Given all these, the price is really low and it's worth while to visit this place once if you are a pizza person and/or a buffet person.”
