“I initially was going to downgrade a star or two for only one reason. When setting up the appointment I called several days in a row and got a recording. Obviously I could have left a message but chose not to. When I did get someone on the phone they had to pause twice to check out patients. After the visit I was so pleased with the staff and experience I decided that wasn't the most important thing. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. And most importantly friendly and reassuring. The members of management team are all very responsive, approachable, and helpful. The maintenance crew, now that they have a full crew is one of the most responsive maintenance crews I have had at an apartment complex, and they solve any issue within a few days. “This place is a dream come true. I just moved to the area and have trained at gyms all over Asia and the U.S., and this is one of the best I've ever experienced. From the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed like family. The vibe here is incredible. I feel both challenged to push beyond my comfort zones, and always safe that I will be given all the tools to get there. The coaches are serious, focused, incredible, and classes have mixed levels which at first I thought would intimidate me but actually makes everything better because you learn watching the advanced people and everyone is so focused on improving themselves and supporting each other that you never feel out of place whether it's your first day or your thousandth. That is not an easy balance to strike! And definitely is a testament to the values and spirit of the founder and leader of the gym. Plus there's a friendly dog who sometimes shows up to give you side-eye if you're not jumping rope fast enough. I can't say enough good things about this gym! It's incredible.”

When I finally called, the woman answering the phone really made me feel welcome . . . in a super professional way. They were all so professional and yet so warm and kind. I was able to completely relax under the care of the dental hygienist, which is not usual for me. I know! Even a cleaning freaks me out. But not here. I met the dentist briefly and had a great conversation . . . about teeth! I would say it was a GREAT experience!
