I decided to call back in the morning and I was pleased to speak with George the GM. He was very friendly and warm. Without hesitation he offed to either send me a gift card for my trouble or I could come in for a redo. I decided to grab my meal for lunch and was quite pleased. I am grateful for the amazingly wonderful service that I have received from this location, especially during this unfamiliar time. Their mobile app and curbside pick up options are great. They also have amazing deals and nice servers. Thank you to all the amazing staff that go in so that we all can take a break from cooking!”

The sauce is great, but is pretty acidic if you have acid reflux be sure to take a heartburn pill ahead of time. The Howie bread is loaded with garlic and butter, and parmesan cheese. We sat down and ordered our drinks from a friendly and smiley waitress who came back and took our order. Before I could get my straw unwrapped she brought out our food! It was a pot pie that was very tasty and quite large. The restaurant may not be too fancy but a good lunch with two drinks from a nice waitress for about $20 is a good find and a place I look forward to trying again sometime.”

We opted to try the Family Meal Deal, knowing Firebirds' generous portions would provide two nights to feast on our salmon, broccoli, parmesan mashed potatoes, as well as, the BLT Salad, their oh-so-delicious bread, and yummy sweet treats! The salmon was cooked to perfection; and the entire meal was a true dining delight, at a very reasonable price! I ordered online and was greeted and served immediately, when I arrived for pickup. I look forward to returning for more at-home meals; and full service dining in the future, at this fine restaurant that has been a family favorite for years!”

“Had a great time at Kickback Jack's. We started out with some fried pickles and I love that they use thick cut pickles, they were so juicy when you bite into them. I also got a bucket drink which reminded me of good times at the beach. The server was really friendly and quick. I got fish and chips as my meal and it was really good but the best part was the cocktail sauce. I am betting its homemade just because it tasted amazing. Over all an amazing experience at this establishment.”

“This is a stand alone breakfast restaurant hidden in the Cici's Pizza shopping center! It's a must visit for to check off on the bucket list when visiting Winston Salem for breakfast. The food is reasonably priced for a big meal around $10 including a soft drink. The restaurant is really clean, the environment is very welcoming just like being at home, and the waitresses are really friendly and on top of things. The fried or grilled breakfast tenderloin is one of a kind and a must try, if you can eat pork that is. I am super satisfied and for sure leaving a 5 star rating here!”

“I really wanted to give Zesto a 5 star, but the service was slow. You order at the counter, you get a number for your table and drink and food is brought to you. It took about 5 minutes to get our drinks, and the sweet tea was not good - returned for a soda. Took another 10 minutes for our two 2-hotdog specials. It took long enough that my husband decided that he need to have them boxed to go... They went back to the kitchen with it and never came back! We had to go back to the counter to see where it was, and he was told sorry it was so busy and there was only one person working in the kitchen. (It was mid-afternoon on Saturday and NOT busy.) The hotdogs were GREAT. We asked for them all the way, and they were delicious, with good buns and the fries were also good. Zesto would have earned a 5 star if only the service had been quicker.”
