“Ive had this on the map to try for some time. Did not disappoint! Fantastic cuban sandwich and the combo of the pickles in contrast with the sweet Guava jelly was superb, per recommendation of the owner. Will be back!”

“Certainly one of the Top 3 best Indian restaurants in Greensboro, conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from our office. I try a different dish with each visit, but for this review, I'm highlighting the Navaratan korma. Give it a try – you won't be disappointed.”

“(3.5 stars. Food alone would be a solid 4 stars while overall dine-in experience would be a weak 3.) Located at 3925 Sedgebrook Street in High Point, Kaya offers Korean and Japanese cuisine. Lunch specials are available. Tucked into a shopping center off 68 near the High Point-Greensboro border, Kaya hits a number of hidden gem checkboxes: it's unassuming and easily overlooked, it's family-run and popular among locals, and the food is, by and large, good. That said, I would hesitate to give this place a rave. A no-frills establishment, Kaya is nevertheless quiet and clean. It offers a familiar selection of hibachi dishes, but Korean is the main draw here. A large, pictorial Korean menu greets you upon entry. For those seeking authenticity, dishes like spicy squid or braised pig trotters let you know that you are in the right place. My wife and I opted to split a seafood pancake, a bimimbap, and a spicy pork. As expected, they came with an array of banchan, and portions were plentiful. Though food quality varied, nothing was worse than average. The spicy pork was delicious. It was served hot with onions and slathered in a delectable sauce. The seafood pancake's dough-to-seafood ratio favored the former though it was still quite tasty. That said, the bimimbap was a mixed bag. I appreciated the array of vegetables included though it was fairly light on meat. It also was not served sizzling, but that was my fault for not realizing that I needed to order the dol (stone pot) version. Staff here are polite, but they will leave you alone unless you specifically request something. Chalk it up to custom rather than any kind of intentional indifference. For what Kaya charges (entrees in the teens), the plastic silverware and styrafoam cups felt like penny-pinching. The variety of Kaya's offerings and the quality of the spicy pork alone make me want to give this place another chance, but I would probably opt for takeout rather than dine-in in the future.”

“🍽️⭐️ La Casa Dorada Medical Restaurant has been a small town staple, and it certainly has its charms. Their combination platters are perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner with the family. While the food is generally enjoyable, I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas. The menu could benefit from a bit more variety to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. Expanding the selection of dishes could make it an even more appealing destination for locals and visitors alike. Additionally, while the restaurant has its own unique atmosphere, some updates or renovations could enhance the overall dining experience. A refreshed ambiance can make customers feel even more welcome and comfortable during their visit. Despite these suggestions for improvement, I appreciate the convenience and warmth that La Casa Dorada Medical Restaurant brings to the community. With a little tweaking, it could become an even greater gem in the heart of our small town. 🍽️⭐️”

“Great diner, prices are very reasonable. I mainly go for breakfast which is very popular. Service has always been prompt. Seat yourself and rarely much of a wait, if any.”

“Very impressed with this store! Husband and I were in the area delivering and wanted a hot meal. We ordered online, left notes on our location in the semi truck. They were very fast, and the food was piping hot! Best damn pizza I've had from dominos the quality was perfect. Delivery was smooth, quick and he pulled right up to our truck, and was friendly. We'll definitely be using this store again whenever were back in greensboro craving a pie.”

“Had not been to a Jersey Mike's in forever and was wanting a good sub. I love Jersey Mike's but they are not cheap. But you get what you pay for......fresh bread, freshly sliced cheese and meats and dressed how you want. I know everyone raved about ',the juice' but I really like the cherry pepper relish. Pro Tip: Get it on the side if you are getting it to go”

“Ate breakfast and dinner during my stay at the hotel. Breakfast French toast waffle was exceptional; the flavors were robust and butter spread and syrup were plentiful. The brisket sloppy Joe was cooked and sauced to perfection. Sweet potato fries were also crunchy and crisp. Service both times was great.”

Everything looked beautiful too. 😊 l purchased veggies with tofu (didn't want rice or noodles) and veggie egg rolls with hibiscus tea. “This place is the Bomb, I been ordering from here for about 6 years. Never once have I been disappointed. For the people complaining about delivery - it's not like a business can afford these days to employee a ton of drivers, they are amazing and i have never not been able to get delivered to me.”

“Love the food! So far we have tried the burgers, chef salad, steak n cheese hot sub, gyro plate, the Supreme style pizza, fried mushrooms, and their wings. I definitely recommend. The only thing I didn't like was the mushrooms on the pizza are canned mushrooms (or at least seem like it) but with the way the economy is I've noticed that at most places now. So I don't hold it against them. We order from here often! Definitely a go to place”

“Ate here last week, as well as many times over the years and it’s always delicious!! Still the very best Gyros and Subs I have found in all my travels. Regardless of taking out and eating on the road or dining in with family, it’s always consistently fantastic!! Ernest, Alexandria and staff are so awesome and are very respectful, even when very busy!!”

“My first time at this spot. Was pretty busy considering it was 2 in the afternoon. I got the Naked Peruvian Wrap which seemed very healthy and virtuous. You can add their rotisserie chicken meat to it but I didn't because I wanted a lighter meal. But even still I could only eat half the wrap and my fresh fruit side. So I have the other half wrap to enjoy later. Will definitely try this place again. The salads and bowls looked really tasty.”

“Just through casual conversations with my friend, I mentioned Viva chicken and how I like their food. My friend immediately recommended to meet up again at Embur Fire Fusion. And boy....was she right about it. Embur Fusion serves great authentic food from Peru and draws inspirations from other latin cultures as well.....hence the word fusion. The food is better than Viva Chicken and so are the prices....they are a little higher. I would not mind paying that bill over again cause it is well worth it. High quality food and balanced flavors just light up your palate. The interior decor is chic, customer service is great and there is quite a buzz at this place. We went during lunch but my friend mentioned that this placed is packed in the evenings. My biggest concern about this restaurant is parking....it is a bit tight. Besides that.....this place is phenomenal and highly recommend to visit.”

“Really happy with my experience here. I places a to go order, four subs, one tub. When I got there, it was already in the pick up area, but the lady behind the counter double checked the order before handing it to me. The food was fantastic. I loved my big Kahana cheese steak bowl.”

“Family owned Korean cuisine. This is definitely the spot to go for Ramen if you’re into that kind of food. This Nola e gets busy, but they serve you fast. There’s a line for lunch, but I haven’t tried dinner yet. Food is very good. Lots of beer, wine, and Sake selection. Good cozy atmosphere.”

“Good food and even better service! My hubby ordered a steak and cheese which came on a pita but it was melt in your mouth good! The atmosphere is very good. It looks like they get pretty busy so be prepared if you come during peak times. The owner even stopped by our table and thanked us for our business.”

“Man I am surprised they opened up another fila in Greensboro high point area. But just thought I would try it out for a change. Overall great atmosphere and service! Most people are complaining about service and them not saying “it’s my pleasure” but keep in mind this is new and they are learning. Other than that great I hope they keep the timing till 10 because I know it’ll eventually close to 9 like other Chik fila locations”

“We ordered online for delivery. It came about 15 minutes late. Also no tartar sauce was included. Disappointed. On a positive side, the food was still warm and very tasty. The Cole Slaw is the best around. The portions are HUGE!”

“The best African food! This is senegalese food, the lovely food of Senegal! I am never disappointed. The people are lovely here and are happy to tell you about their food. I recommend teaching yourself about their menu before ordering so you dont miss out on anything especially delicious. A favorite of mine is their Okra Soup with foufou (pounded, fermented yam and plantain). Be sure to eat the fufu with your hands and dip it in the soup! I also love their Bissap juice which is like a sweet, hibiscus-mint juice. I like their okra soup a bit more than Ghanaian okra soup i found out- they cook theirs through, while Ghanain okra soup its more slimy. Definitely worth the try, and if you like spicy, be sure to ask for a side of hot sauce to dump in your soup! I also tried their Fataya which is also good, flavorful, and with perfect texture. I sat in the restaurant and enjoyed myself very much! It is small though, so maybe not best for a very large party.”

“Pizza -- Subs -- Gyros -- Wings and beer -- The pizza is a New York style with flavorful sauce and plenty of toppings -- I also tried the Gyro which was also excellent -- However go a head and kick the e trans $1.50 for the extra meat -- nice bar area with multiple TVS and draft beer -- Which along with the outside tables provides a nice social atmosphere -- Anywherr that brings the ranch in a large squirt bottle is on my list -- Near Forest Paks Golf/Co8ntry Club -- If your out that way I highly recommend this place”

“Food was great and cooked as ordered. Taste and seasoning were delicious too. Our lunch experience was very positive. The restaurant is very spacious and offers a varied menu. Some of the dishware needs to be replaced now. Plates were chipped or cracked.”

“One of the greatest campus restaurants. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is incredible. FYI: Not open to the public, not sure why it's on google maps.”
