I did an online order and the hot veggie sub didn’t come up so I ordered the hot “make your own” which was the Dagwood. My friend picked up the order and when she got back I noticed It wasn’t what I wanted at all! The web didn’t give me the right options :( No grilled onions or peppers as the toppings were cold on the Dagwood. Who knew! Well, I brought the subs back and they were more than happy to redo them and fix it for me, now I have the subs I’ve been raving about to my friends!! I’m sure they will taste as good as they normally do! I’m just happy they have great customer service and fixed it right up! From now on I will order “in store” and will soon be back! :) Theres nothing better than great customer service!!”

“Wow. Fantastic. First off the lady taking our online order today was super nice and she separated our order to avoid confusion. I haven't eaten at subway for a long time. I had no idea they changed their Italian bread to be more jimmy John's. It is sooooooooooo much better now. And the ingredients overall you can see a vast huge improvement on the meats and veggies. I mean night and day difference. The veggies look like I got the finest veggies fresh from the produce market and perfectly cut them. I'm not over exaggerating, it's that much of a change. I have no need to crave jimmy John's anymore. I can actually get a more filling tasty sub .5 miles from my house. I ordered a footlong and can easily eat half now and the other half for another meal. You can't do that with Jimmy John's. Honestly if you haven't been to subway in awhile because the food was terrible and the bread foam, try it again. My wife got this steak bowl that was amazing and packed full of food. Honestly this doesn't resemble subway. Subway has reinvented themselves! One final note. The food looked as good when we opened it as it does on tv commercials!! I'm not joking. Look at the photo. Now remember this was in a bag and tossed into a car then opened by kids.”
