“This was my first time as a patient of Dr. Reade's. I found it to be a very satisfying experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. His staff was very friendly and helpful. Although, the day I came in was very busy, the wait time was not unreasonable and I still received an apology for the wait time from the nurse and from Dr. Reade which was a very pleasant surprise. Dr. Reade was very professional and thorough and had a wonderful personality. I was put at ease from the time he walked into the examination room. As soon as she walked in, she confirmed my extensive google research right away as she said, “I know exactly what it is!” Within minutes, I had the correct oral medication and a face wash prescribed. I was so relieved that 1)I was right 2)I don’t just have adult acne 3) my concerns were listened too and alleviated 4) I was hopeful my rash would ACTUALLY clear up and wasn’t just returning acne!! :,). I tried to explain in the office how much I appreciated them, but not sure it stuck so- THANK YOU so much Dr. Black for your help! “I bought an 07 F350 6.0L from a used truck dealer in Garner, NC. The dealer did not have a diesel mechanic on site and sent the truck up the road for some needed repairs before listing for sale. They installed a new turbo and alternator and made a few other minor repairs. I took delivery of the truck knowing there was white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe but the dealer explained that was oil burning off the new turbo. After running the truck to Augusta, GA and back for an out-of-town job and driving it for about a week I lost power, lost boost, and eventually lost all the oil and coolant. Needless to say I was beside myself and thought the truck was doomed. I’m a hard-working blue-collar guy who doesn’t have a lot of money. I really believed that I got a deal on this truck but now suspected I bought somebody else’s problems. I purchased the truck ‘no warranty as is’ believing the dealer’s explanation of the smoking exhaust. So I took the truck to my local diesel professional, Morgan at Piedmont Performance Diesel & Off-road. They quickly determined that the turbo had been incorrectly installed and the EGR was bad. New turbo, new EGR, 16 quarts of oil, 7 gallons of coolant and the truck runs like a champ. Morgan explained that the truck would need a few more minor things down the road but gave the truck a clean bill of health. The truck now makes boost with zero smoke and I can pull my trailer and my tools to continue earning my living. I paid $12,850 for the truck and Piedmont performance billed me just over $2,700 for all the work. I’m ecstatic to think that I got the truck in the picture for under $16,000 in the market where I couldn’t find anything for less than $22K. With the quick turnaround time, excellent pricing, and good advice that I can trust. I now have the confidence to drive the truck every day. Morgan took what I thought was a catastrophic failure and turned it into a repair for under $3,000. I really can’t thank Piedmont Performance enough for getting me up and running in such quick time and for such a reasonable amount of money but I can tell you that the truck will never go anywhere else for work again. I found a home with Piedmont Performance Diesel an Off-road and a friend I can trust in Morgan.”

“One of the coolest Starbucks experiences I've had in a while. Because this is housed in Furnitureland South, the interior is decorated to the nines. It has an awesome bar, multiple tables, booths, and more seating options that are as varied as the furniture selection outside. The seats even have 🔌 electrical outlets to plug in and work while you sip. They also have both trash and recycling options and a ♿ handicap accessible 🚻 restroom, parking, and seating inside. I highly recommend any of their ☕ lattes, flat whites, seasonal beverages, and snacks.”

“Perfect timing actually. Went to the park off Walnut , it was wayyyy to many too big & bad a** kids over there cussing and carrying on... tryna show off like it's cool to be a kids yourself cussing , around smaller kids. My kids hate that park when they are there and it's always those same disrespectful, no home training BRATS over there.. so , if you ever see them on Walnut keep driving. They are terrible influences on your kids!!!! However, this park wss literally 4min around the corner and while I'm low on gas 🤷🏽♀️... it wasnt out the way of where I had to go when I leave .. gave me time to actually let them play , get a piece if mind from the attitudes, crying, and the yelling about a park! We are from Greensboro, and I never knew abt this park.. it's a bigger park around the corner (literally less than a minute) but it seemed a little packed at the moment. But it looks very nice and actually has parking. This park is much much smaller. But it is more than enough for a 4 year old and her older sister who's 8! She didnt mind. She just wanted to play! Whoever decided to put s park right here off of MLK ~ was a genius! Thanks a bunch ♡”
