“We have been customers with Arrow for almost three years for both Pest Control and Termites. They offer quality service and protection for a very fair price. Their customer service team is excellent and always very responsive and helpful. Their technicians are very helpful and always go the extra mile. And if you have issues between the quarterly visits they will respond promptly. Generally the quarterly visits do take care of everything. But every so often we will get out of control ants. Well... not for long. Andrew generally is our tech, and he always checks in with us when he visits to make sure they are taking care of any issues. I also want to thank Regana for all her help. “We rented this house with a group of about 20 family members. We stayed Friday-Tuesday. It was a beautiful and spacious house with tons to do. We did ping pong, watched movies in the theater room, played pool, sat by the fire pit outside, slept on the hammocks, and enjoyed playing games in the big living room. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of how the house was when we got there. For example, there were marks on the walls, the downstairs toilet didn’t work, the rail going upstairs wobbled, one of the bathroom sinks only dripped water and the water was very hot so be careful. We have plumbers in our family so we were able to manage until a handyman came over about 3 days later. Overall, we still had a fun and relaxing trip!”

“Honest, decent prices, helpful service, listens, good with me doing the easy jobs (i.e. brake pads) myself. I recommend Update 1: very busy, did re-alignment and new tires quickly. Previous alignment from last Oct. exhibited unexpected tire wear so they made additional alignment adjustments to hopefully not ruin another set of tires. Tire prices are way up right now but still reasonable prices compared to other shops. I still trust them and will be back, I'll update this review again if that changes. Update 2: easy tire rotation and a good quote for tires for my pickup. Still recommend Tire Masters and bumping up to 5 stars!”

“I received wonderful care at Mooresville oral surgery, Dr. Johnson did a phenomenal job and was patient, took time to answer all my questions (I was an anxious patient), and the staff were kind and helpful. I'm nearly a week out from my surgery and have had a very easy healing process with no complications, largely due to the staff's detailed aftercare instructions and follow-up. I appreciated Dr. Johnson's conservative and thoughtful approach to my situation, not doing more than was necessary to address the problem. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Johnson to others.”
