He takes his time to make sure that the food looks quality and tastes just as good instead of rushing the food and potentially burning it like what has happened a few times in my last experience! The food tasted great and I love mushrooms and Sam hooked me up! He also has a great taste in music. “This is the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had. It was absolutely delicious and quite inexpensive. This isn't a regular restaurant. It's a food counter inside a small grocery store, with some tables where you can sit down. The employees also turned me on to some of the best thermonuclear hot sauce I've ever had. (I just asked, what do you have on the shelf that's hot?) They answered this one for heat, this one for flavor. And they were absolutely right. Can't recommend this place highly enough.”
