“Let me start by saying I read all of these reviews and reviews of other flooring companies before deciding who to choose for replacing my 20+ year old carpet and flooring. I knew this would be a very big expense and decided to go with Burch Bros Flooring. I have to say, I was NOT disappointed in the least!!! From the time we walked into the store, to meeting Sarah and Christine i knew this would be the company i could count on and they did not pressure me into anything. They treat you like family and are very down to earth. Sarah went above and beyond to help us pick out the best carpet and flooring for our needs and her team of installers were very pleasant, friendly and did an amazing job including moving all the heavy furniture and appliances ( costs a little extra but was way worth it!) plus cleanup afterwards. Sarah goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied which is becoming very rare nowadays. “After purchasing our home we knew we wanted to have the kitchen cabinets painted. I contacted Ashely and she was able to explain the process and give me a quote. Once we decided to move forward, they provided sample boards of several colors I was considering so we could see them in the space. With two young children at the time, it was ideal to be able to still use the kitchen when they finished for the day. The finished product was such a transformation and I'm so thankful we had Lexie and the Chi do our cabinets. Did I mention we had them painted 5 years ago? They still look amazing (now with three young children) and so easy to clean. I highly recommend Lexie and the Chi for your cabinet painting projects!”
