“I don't know what they season their flour/coating with, but whatever it is, it's perfect. The fried shrimp were excellent. The fried summer squash looked good too so will try that next time. And the hush puppies were great...and as addictive as popcorn! Prices very fair and reasonable too!”

“Makes for a great evening with family and friends. It's super busy most nights (especially those friday nights after a school game). The staff is very kind and friendly, please be mindful and considerate to them as they are struggling with staffing and being out of food (if you ask for something in particular they may not have the resources to make it, the poor manager tries their best). You can tell they do their best to make sure that your evening is a pleasant and easy going experience for you and your loved ones.”

“Not bad. Went in Sept 4th to check them out and it wasn't overly busy. Place was clean and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Mac and cheese, pizza, burgers, Cuban sandwiches, ice cream, and so much more. I tried the mac and cheese eggs rolls from the mac house and they were tasty. 3 large egg rolls and some duck sauce that were very tasty. Ordered a burger from Barley and Burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and the toppings weren't overwhelming. The fries were delicious as well. Lastly I got some self built ice cream. It was ice cream, not much to say but not bad. Bathrooms were clean but two stall were already out of order, which is surprising since they've only been open week. Overall, not a bad dining experience. They still have some kinks to work out but since they just opened I'm waiting to give them some more time.”

“A cozy joint with cheap, delicious food with very nice service. Tried the Carne asada tacos, papusas, and el pastor taco as well as chicken empinadas. All for under 25$, can't be beat”

“5-Star rating is strictly for the food this time. I had a very unpleasant experience. I arrived approximately 7:20 pm on a Saturday. I noticed the parking area was unusually half full. I attributed that to virus fears. Got seated pretty quickly. Food was absolutely Southern home style good! However, just before 8 pm the staff announced that we needed to get whatever we needed from the buffet and dessert because they were shutting it down. They tried to be very polite but there is no way to be polite when being rushed while dining. I picked a dessert and by the time I got back to my table I was the only customer. I absolutely felt like I was imposing! 7 pm Daylight Saving Time on a beautiful mild Saturday evening is prime dinner time. Why in the world would someone risk losing customers who want to relax and dine in a family friendly atmosphere. Is closing at 9 that inconvenient? No one wants to feel like they’re keeping everyone from going home!! I’m reminded of Bill Ellis Barbecue in Wilson. When Bill was still active their buffet stayed online until the customers were finished. And the customers were not asked if they were finished. Exactly the opposite on one occasion—we were asked if there was anything not online that we needed. Sadly that all changed when Bill was no longer managing. Bottom line is if you come up short on your customers you will come up short of customers. I dread the day Robbins Nest shuts down. I personally don’t know of any better place to enjoy Southern cooking. But I will definitely try out any if someone thinks they know any as good or better!”

“I enjoyed my food, I got the steak fajitas. Nice service as well. My only criticism is that the beans need a bit more flavour.”

“We had the best time, best waitress, and best food last night for my husband's birthday!! The waitress was very accommodating and started putting tables together for us. We ordered everything from fried chicken, fish, wings, grilled chicken, to bacon cheeseburgers! PERFECTLY DELICIOUS!! Plus our orders arrived quickly to the table! My husband even ordered Mac n cheese and cake to go 🤣 Mac n cheese is even creamy today when he heated it. Will definitely return on many occasions! Thank you for the hospitality!”

“I’ve been frequenting Fiorella’s for takeout since I moved to Brighton 3 1/2 years ago, so this review is long overdue ! Firstly , every single person who works there is friendly and personable. The food is always fresh, and is so delicious . Some of the best Italian takeover food I’ve ever had. I’m a salad girl and theirs are to die for. Needless to say Fiorella’s has been my go-to source of comfort food pretty much weekly during this pandemic. I highly recommend supporting this place!”

“Very clean. Husband & I stopped in during a trip thru this town - Selma, NC. Right off 95. Very nice employees & everyone smiling, very clean floors. Chicken nuggets were cooked perfect. Tables also nice & clean. You can tell employees have pride in their work. I read other reviews, and I respect all opinions, I will say that we did not feel any racism or anything like that, it was all nice folks and people from all different ethnic backgrounds in there at same time, no problem at all from our experience today”

“The lunch specials all tasted amazing and what an amazing price considering that they even send a bottle of water with it. We feasted on chicken parm, marsala, francese, grilled chicken Caesar salad, grilled chicken tre colore salad, cold antipasto salad, chicken with roasted red peppers hero, chicken parm heroes, and chicken with spinach and garlic. Kids loved the chicken parm and the chicken fingers and french fries. No markups when using Slice app. 10/10 will order again.”
