“I’ve been extremely frustrated with trying to get answers about my bill so I decided to do some research to try to find the best Verizon store to go to. After reading the reviews here I decided to come into the store and speak to Sarah.. let me just say I’m glad I did! This is the first time I’ve spoke to somebody and I didn’t feel like they were just trying to push me to buy more. I own a small business and money can be tight at times, Sarah was amazing showing me how to look at my plan to really decide what options I need and explaining all of the plans thoroughly! She didn’t force me into one, At no time did I ever feel like she was just explaining circles around things so I would keep certain features that I possibly didn’t need... after going over everything Sarah told me to think about it and call her with any questions. She took her time with me and not once did I ever feel like she was just trying to get my money. I am extremely grateful to Sarah and her help and I will definitely be back to the store !”

“It was my first visit to this location. I had some highlights done professionally a couple days ago and couldn’t tell until I got home that they were a lot more golden than I’m used to. I decided to try to tone them myself and went to this Sally location. The girl in there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She pointed me to the exact items I needed to buy and told me how to use them. She also had a recommendation for a hairdresser not too far away! I’ll be back to this location even though I live only about a 1/2 mile from another location. I’m so happy with the results I got. My highlights now look like what I’m used to getting!”

“The doctor here was meh. However Morgan in the eyewear side was amazing! She was very patient and informative on helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She showed me different frames and styles within my budget and guided me to a pair that I love. She told me all of the options in detail and gave me information on why any add ons would make sense, and I chose what I wanted to add with no pressure. This was a great experience, if you go to this target optical make sure to ask for Morgan!”

“The very best service I have received in the 10 years I have been getting eye exams and glasses. I had a bad experience with customer service and courtesy from my previous Optometrist so I started searching for a new one. I came across Dr. Smith and read the reviews by previous patients and saw that there 58 reviews and all were 5 stars. I said, I have to see this doctor. Come to find out, she was at Target and right around the corner from me. No more driving across town. She was everything the reviewers said she was. Kind, courteous, patient, listened intently to what my needs were, funny and most of all, just did an excellent job with the eye exam. I knew my glasses would be superb, because you can tell when when you receive a service it's going to be great because of the "feeling" you get about the overall experience. Even scheduling the exam online was easy. Kudos to Trip, her assistant. He's awesome in every respect. He's extremely thorough and follows up as needed. I picked the glasses up today, and wouldn't you know, they were just amazing. They were everything I hoped for and some. Thank you Dr. Smith. You're the greatest!”

Both nurse practitioners that I worked with were amazing. They wanted to know my symptoms and anything else that would help them care for me. They didn't rush or not listen to me. Both genuinely seemed to care about my health/well-being. Highly recommended! They are just as knowledgeable as doctors.”
