“I must say that my kids experience is totally different from the previous school they attended which was a charter school also. But SCSA has amazing teachers. At first I was skeptical for my kids to leave their friends behind from the other school, but I had to think about there education first. They have met amazing friends and now their friends from their previous school now attends SCSA. All I can say is “SCSA has to be doing something right, because it’s growing more and more with students around Charlotte. Might need to build SCSA Building 2 soon to accommodate our growing school.My children said that this is the best school ever”

Allison, the Front Desk Associate was knowledgeable about the cost of services and provided alternative cost saving options that met my financial needs. Both staff members anticipated my needs and delivered. The environment and highly touched surfaces were cleaned after use, which made me and my son feel safe. “We reached out about some droppings we saw outside our house & Andy was able to diagnose our bat issue via picture text. He scheduled some time to come out over the next few days, did a thorough inspection, and ordered all the necessary bat-proofing stuffs. He was back in no time to install everything, as well as sealed up any nooks and crannies that could be potential future problems. And then he came back one more time to confirm no more bats and remove the bat door. Great communication along the way, all the sealing work and installation looked subtle and professional, and he showed pictures of everything he found and did throughout the process. So grateful to have found Andy & would recommend him to anyone.”
