“I ordered 3 piece dark meat meal and got 3 wings and that was what the drive thru employee rung up. The drive thru speaker/mic needs to be fixed. It was very difficult to understand the drive thru employee and he had a difficult time understanding me as well. I didn't think to verify once I drove up to the drive thru window. The meal was good but my dog and I prefer dark meat. The cold slaw is one of the best I've had. Yummm... The drive thru employee was friendly and polite. The Bojangles employees appear to be consistent in terms of excellent service offered at all the Bojangles I have visited in Wilmington NC, on Rt 95 and here in Charlotte. Don't mean to sound race sensitive... All the employees who helped me were black/African American, and I love that they are so friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. It is so different than what Hollywood portraits in many of their movies. Hollywood needs to change their perspective of blacks in movies. ???? There are so many good black people in this country and around the world. ????”
