“My last experience at this location was the best yet. I ordered the Peaches n Cream drink from the hidden menu and they made it PERFECTLY. The cashier was very friendly and talkative, and she confidently answered my Q about my app rewards. I don’t know how to give credit to those who help me online. But I emailed Starbucks about mishaps in a couple of other recent orders. Bagner S. and Edwin R. both helped me tremendously! They added my missing rewards, credited me $ for incorrect orders, and even gave back my expired rewards that I didn’t know were expiring! That made my day and was the icing on the cake! Many people (including myself) are quick to email or post when we have negative experiences, so I wanted to post something good. Thank you, Starbucks!!”
